Our, Shaikh, the ʿAllāmah, Rabeeʿ Ibn Hādī Al-Madkhalī (may Allāh preserve him) said in some powerful words: "The Salafis in the east of the world and its west, the Arabs and non-Arabs—all of them are as if they are one family. The Indian [Salafi] is united with the Saudi, with the Yemeni, and so on, with all races and all nations. They are as brothers as if nurtured at the hands of one scholar—upon one manhaj, one ʿaqeedah—and the way they deal with events and tribulations, subhānallāh, [even though] one is in the east, one in the west, and the other in the Hijāz, [regardless] their view is the same. Why? Because their manhaj is precise and proper—all of them—and they take from the same fountain. May Allah bless you. I have seen that the Salafis: those in the north, the south, the east and the west—all of them are brothers, may Allah bless you. The Shaikhs of the north are the Shaikhs of the south, and the Shaikhs of the south are the Shaikhs of the north—they are all united. No one says [only] Shaikh so-and-so or [only] so-and-so. You will not find this [among them] — rather, all of them are his shaikhs, and students of knowledge—and all of them are his brothers, may Allah bless you. Now, I advise the youth with this brotherhood—and not to separate between the Saudi, or the Yemeni, or the Hindi, or the Pakistani, or the Sindhi, or the American—all of them are brothers for the sake of Allah, joined together with the bond of Islam, and the bond of this methodology (manhaj)."

This is a pertinent clip from Sam Harris on the moral difference between Israel and her enemies. The moral difference comes down to understanding the answer to this question: what would each side do if they had the power to do it? TRANSCRIPT: The truth is that there is an obvious, undeniable, and hugely consequential moral difference between Israel and her enemies. The Israelis are surrounded by people who have explicitly genocidal intentions towards them. The charter of Hamas is explicitly genocidal. It looks forward to a time, based on Koranic prophesy, when the earth itself will cry out for Jewish blood, where the trees and the stones will say “O Muslim, there’s a Jew hiding behind me. Come and kill him.” This is a political document. We are talking about a government that was voted into power by a majority of Palestinians. The discourse in the Muslim world about Jews is utterly shocking. Not only is there widespread Holocaust denial—there’s Holocaust denial that then asserts that we will do it for real if given the chance. The only thing more obnoxious than denying the Holocaust is to say that it should have happened; it didn’t happen, but if we get the chance, we will accomplish it. There are children’s shows in the Palestinian territories and elsewhere that teach five-year-olds about the glories of martyrdom and about the necessity of killing Jews. And this gets to the heart of the moral difference between Israel and her enemies. And this is something I discussed in The End of Faith. To see this moral difference, you have to ask what each side would do if they had the power to do it. What would the Jews do to the Palestinians if they could do anything they wanted? Well, we know the answer to that question, because they can do more or less anything they want. The Israeli army could kill everyone in Gaza tomorrow. So what does that mean? Well, it means that, when they drop a bomb on a beach and kill four Palestinian children, as happened last week, this is almost certainly an accident. They’re not targeting children. They could target as many children as they want. Every time a Palestinian child dies, Israel edges ever closer to becoming an international pariah. So the Israelis take great pains not to kill children and other noncombatants. What do we know of the Palestinians? What would the Palestinians do to the Jews in Israel if the power imbalance were reversed? Well, they have told us what they would do. For some reason, Israel’s critics just don’t want to believe the worst about a group like Hamas, even when it declares the worst of itself. We’ve already had a Holocaust and several other genocides in the 20th century. People are capable of committing genocide. When they tell us they intend to commit genocide, we should listen. There is every reason to believe that the Palestinians would kill all the Jews in Israel if they could. Would every Palestinian support genocide? Of course not. But vast numbers of them—and of Muslims throughout the world—would. Needless to say, the Palestinians in general, not just Hamas, have a history of targeting innocent noncombatants in the most shocking ways possible. They’ve blown themselves up on buses and in restaurants. They’ve massacred teenagers. They’ve murdered Olympic athletes. They now shoot rockets indiscriminately into civilian areas. And again, the charter of their government in Gaza explicitly tells us that they want to annihilate the Jews—not just in Israel but everywhere.

Q: Why is company culture important? In the clip below, a16z cofounder Ben Horowitz argues that culture drives how people in your company behave on a daily basis—and particularly, how they behave when you’re not looking. Is that phone call so important I need to return it today or can it wait until tomorrow? Can I ask for a raise before my annual review? Is the quality of this document good enough or should I keep working on it? Do I have to be on time for that meeting? Should I stay at the Four Seasons or the Red Roof Inn? Should I go home at 5 p.m. or 8 p.m.? Should we discuss the color of this new product for five minutes or thirty hours? If I know something is badly broken in the company, should I say something? Whom should I tell? Is winning more important than ethics? None of these things are in your mission statement or OKRs, but they determine many important things for your company, such as how people experience your company, what you’re like to do business with, what your company is like to work at, etc. And as Ben describes, what drives the culture is all of the little behaviors and cues people take on: “this is what I have to do to succeed in this company.” Culture can feel abstract and secondary when you pit it against a concrete result that’s right in front of you, but it’s a strategic investment in the company doing things the right way when you are not looking. It’s the set of assumptions your employees use to resolve the problems they face every day. It’s how they behave when no one is looking. If you don’t methodically set your culture, then two-thirds of it will end up being accidental, and the rest will be a mistake. If you’re looking for a more in-depth guide to culture and how to build a great one, I’d recommend Ben’s book: What You Do Is Who You Are.

When you learn the fundamental law it is important to get in front of your government servants in the presence of the people to teach both the people and your servants that the people have all the power , that your trustees are there to benefit the people , to tell them where they are falling in danger of maladministration, what the law is and how to correct it. It is in exercising your power and right that brings forth a paradigm shift like none you’ve seen before. Doing this flips your local state and federal government back to the people as the people learn and start joining you in speaking the law. It becomes no longer about complaining about the issues but using your power and authority as it is written to correct and bring the change necessary to secure our republic for yourself and for the common good of all. This is not only our right but our duty to teach our trustees what their job is. Many say they won’t listen or live in fear of what they may do, but as you can see here I spoke in front of police officers and our trustees and I was not detained or restrained from standing on my authority. I also was not called a sovereign citizen and the outcome of getting the people to stand with me in signing those notices and serving them made our county board do right by the people and not pass the mandate. There’s a reason Ben Franklin said “ a republic if you can keep it”. He was saying it’s on the people to maintain what they secured for you. The people need to show back up and run their nation the way our founders laid out in all 51 constitution they penned. Everyone is searching for remedy but most don’t look in the 50 state constitutions that expressly declared our power authority and rights. Your remedy is there, the only question is will you use it? If you want to learn how to stand learn from my teacher DavidJose who is the best in the nation and has given the people victory teach line by line precept upon precept. Let’s go get our nation back!

Sometimes I sit and look around without blinking, trying to understand how everyone's mentality works or how one person comes to feel inferior to another. Although I spend hours analyzing everyone's behavior and way of communication, I cannot realize the superior way of thinking of some people. Why do they think they are superior to others or why do they show ignorance and criticism towards individuals who, in terms of mentality and humanity, are perhaps much more developed than them? But no one can explain the way of thinking of those around. However, I would like to give my opinion about each kind of individual involved in such a conversation. For those who think they are superior to others... Take a break from your daily lives to look in the mirror without the mask you wear daily in front of others. Look closely at yourself without embarrassment or prejudice and analyze every element of your life that makes you who you are. Ask yourself if the way you treat others would you like to be applied to you. Think before you open your mouth and criticize, nobody and nothing is perfect in the world. Look and think before you speak and accuse. Those who think they are inferior I tell you this.... Look carefully in the mirror and see the beauty that defines your existence. Not the clothes, not the money, not the social status, not the nationality, not the physical appearance, not the years of advanced education, not the social life and not the profession you profess will make you beautiful and wonderful. But your humanity and soul show who you really are and how valuable you are. And you don't have to be important for someone else, be important for yourself, for your happiness, for your future, for what you believe and what you love. Love yourself before you love anyone else, accept your own flaws and love what you stand for. You are perfect exactly as you are, look and love what you see in the mirror because that reflection is the definition of the beauty of the soul and the uniqueness that you possess. Be yourself and learn to love what you stand for, you are a star that shines forever. Army no one knows what tomorrow will bring and no one can change what yesterday was but I what I can say is that we can all live today, live in the moment and enjoy every day like is the last one. With no regrets or resentment, no hatred or sadness but just a smile, a smile so bright that will melt even the coldest heart. Be yourself, love yourself ❤️ Because I love you 🌹
