We continue to learn, to grow, to expand our territory, sphere of influence and build bridges across generations, class, tribe and ideology. It has been a long journey, it has been an amazing journey. Together we can. #ourlagos

Former Israeli PM Naftali Bennett: Just as we have 8200, we need to establish a 9200 — not a military unit, but a state organization devoted to influence and consciousness. Basically, we need to learn from Qatar — learn what they did, and do it ourselves. We can’t allow them to tear us apart like this. They are tearing us apart. We’re completely finished in this arena right now. But this too has to be fixed. It has to be fixed — and it will take time.

This video was deleted earlier and I’m reposting it so all can witness her failure. CDC Director Mandy Cohen: “COVID is endemic. We’ve made incredible progress. We need to protect ourselves, we have the tools to do it, we just have to use them.”

Unity may be one of our most elusive goals, but I firmly believe nothing is as important. We can do this. And we must. We owe it to those who gave their lives for this country. We owe it to ourselves. And we owe it to our children and our grandchildren.

Watching this really made me appreciate the life I’ve had & understand that even when things don’t go to plan it’s still a blessing because you learn & you grow as a human being. My goal for 2026 is to make the most of every single moment. Life is too precious & we owe it ourselves to not take any of it for granted. Happy new year everyone.

👊 Representation matters. That’s why we teamed up with CHAMPION and Black Lacrosse Alliance to create Boost Camp, an opportunity for minority lacrosse players to come together to train, learn and grow in the game we love.

"Failure is a learning opportunity. Failure is growth." Growth doesn't happen when everything goes right. It happens when players are given the opportunity to fall short, learn from the experience, and have coaches who help them get back up and move forward. The goal isn't to eliminate failure. The goal is to use it as part of the development process. Watch this full presentation at or in the My ABCA app!

I came across some things that completely changed my perspective on “religion”, Christianity in particular. Last year and again this year, I asked God to give me the grace to study His word, understand it for myself and apply it to my walk through this life and honestly, I’ve discovered so much things I don’t think any pastor or anyone else could’ve simply told me.

#Mizzou HC Eli Drinkwitz after last night's loss at No. 24 Mississippi State: "It's gonna hurt for a while because we gave ourselves an opportunity twice to tie it up." "We're in week four of this team's journey and we battled on the road, had an opportunity and didn't get it done...[We] battled our butt off, came up a 3rd and 4 and a 4th and 4 short. We'll go back to work. Got a challenge this week coming up, so that's just life in the SEC."

🧚‍♀️: Actually, P’Freen and I share the same opinion… we don’t see it as a Girl Love category. We see it as just a series about two people who fall in love, who have their own journey and their own story. Our goal is to make the audience fall in love with the characters. And we know that in that aspect, we succeeded with "Gap The Series," because everyone enjoyed watching it. We didn’t feel like we had to learn something completely newjust that we had to do our homework in certain parts. #ฟรีนเบค #FreenBecky
