The science of climate change is not just a dinner table conversation. It's about the people and places we love. I'm concerned the government is approving new fossil fuel projects against advice from scientists and expert bodies when we have enough gas for the transition and countries like Japan are now exporting more gas than we send them. Why is the govt turning a blind eye to trading partners on-selling our gas at a profit while 🇦🇺 households + businesses pay record prices for our own gas?! We don't have a gas shortage, we have a gas export problem. The solution is to redirect all uncontracted gas to the domestic market.
