Because most of the people in the west are totally brainwashed into believing that Russia is dangerous, bad and evil. Most people have no fucking clue. To be honest, most are dumb as shit.

Well said, Sasha. I am a 66 year old American woman who grew up during the Cold War. I could have easily kept hating on Russia. But thanks to the Internet, I wanted to see for myself. Don't ask me how many hours I have sat watching beautiful and informative videos of Russia. I have lost count. I don't pay attention to any of the hateful remarks. I am doing this for me and in hopes of creating a better world. ☺🙏🇺🇸🇷🇺

Takes a grown up to understand that there are no good and bad countries, just their interests in terms of power, finance, territory, etc. Part of those interests include propaganda about the opposing side. And the propaganda in the west is pretty damn successful, since too many believe that Russia is just a bunch of orcs walking around in a wasteland. In reality it's a beautiful country with beautiful people that has given much culture and history to the world, and everyone should visit it at least once.
