Open the Trust it costs around R3000 then your register your Trust as the beneficiaries of your life cover of maybe R1m. Then the Trust has equity of R1m that it can borrow against. Then you go to the bank not you personally but the Trust will borrow against that R1m equity.

@Ace_Cases Personally I have a problem with trying to create wealth via lending. Rather make long term investments that will create wealth for your descendants without the exposure to the risk of borrowing money. Because lenders require securities to lend you money…

The main thing is being able to get actual cash in your hand to then buy real asset that generate revenue. That revenue pays of that loan, might take time but you’d have an actual asset like an apartment they can pass on to their kids.

Sounds easy but you need a strong financial background and knowledge to work on that system
