Not only do you post fake videos of false landscapes but also false information, you neglect to mention that everyone in China has to pay a monthly 管理费(management fee) as well as utility fees and that they can’t own their properties only lease them

This is where the US is totally fucked up. Property taxes are pure theft and should be obliterated from the planet.

I agree. Taxes should be reserved for the consumption of luxery items, like cars, computers and jewelry. Very high incomes too. But housing, food, and basic human needs should be completely untaxed. And anyone under 80K income shouldn't be paying income tax. It should all go to the people above 20% of median income. They should be paying all the taxes.

The family part is key, specially in the matters of respecting parents and elders. I remember in San Francisco, CA, I was surprised that there were no homeless people in the Chinatown neighborhood, while other neighborhoods nearby had an issue. I dont know if that has changed.

“BEIJING, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) -- China will continue to maintain the principle that "housing is for living in, not for speculation." It will not use the property market as a form of short-term stimulus to prop up the economy this year, a senior official has said.”
