Lancer Artoria is a hypothetical version of her where she doesn’t have Excalibur and Avalon. Hence why she is more matured, because her body was allowed to age past 16-18. And because OG Bediver was given Excalibur, plus spoilers reasons, he isn’t part of her knights.

Because Artoria isn’t the one in charge of her body, it’s Rhongomyniad. The Lancer Artoria we can summon is her going through the process of being divine, but not yet. She would consider herself human.
