Why don't more games have cutscenes like this:

I appreciate these, but I understand that most gamers can be impatient and want to get to the game, I just wish killzone get a remaster or at least a crummy port to pc

Because they don't actually want to make a game that has replay value. They want you to keep buying the next new thing with a new shiny graphics upgrade. You can't really have a game in today's age with both Graphics and Gameplay. You need to choose one or the other.
