That’s how we were taught. This ‘new & improved’ ridiculous shit is made to twist the minds of young people that creates a divide between the learner and the teacher, and in most cases, the parents. The breakdown of American families was being funded by the DOE. It’s like one big stick and every little chnage such as this is a whittle strike against Americans. Adds up and here we are—whole new country, whole new world.

That’s how I learned to do math growing up. The common core shit is why kids are failing. The USDE made it as difficult as possible for parents to be able to help and be engaged

Works easy enough for single digit divisor. But makes it harder and harder to do with multi-digit divisors. Hope your education doesn’t stop with single digits, which I have a feeling it does. 😭 Kids with a good understanding will naturally short cut to this method anyway.

Very good method that is simplified, for a normal brain to process. Start with the TRUTH: You have ADULTS and School Aged Kids that can't read, write, reason, listen or perform even the most basic instruction. The population (certain demographics more than others) has been intentionally been dumbed down to a a non-functioning level for one reason: dumb and uneducated people are easier to control. IT'S ALL BY DESIGN AND OUR DEMISE IS AT THE CORE.

I used to do math in other countries in my head. I came to America and they wanted me to show work which slowed me down also stopped the practice of math in the head. But it doesn't matter any more. Math is a bad career path. It's fuking over. Why are we still pretending this is something amazing with AI?

The thing is they want you to show your work. You could do all the work in your head, write down the right answer only and still fail, because you didn't show your work.
