Why drink zero sugar/diet sodas? It’s actually very simple… - They taste delicious - They help curb appetite - You can drink literal bathtubs full of them before they’d cause any negative health consequences “That’s not true!!!” Our boy Nippard already PROVED it to be true!

Hills I will die on as an elementary school teacher, who just wrapped up my 32nd year teaching! 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to teach, this profession is not for you. 2. Our students are not “ours”. They are their families, and we need to understand the magnitude of the calling, and responsibility we have to meet them where they are, and to help them to get to a place that they never thought possible. 3. As important as the curriculum is (and it IS important), the children in our classroom are what matter most. It’s our JOB to teach the curriculum to SERVE our students, NOT to use our students to push any sort of agenda. 4. Just as we teach our students to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our students better than they were when they first entered into our classroom. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every child. 5. We should not teach our children WHAT to think, but HOW to think, and how to use that knowledge to bless and serve not only themselves, but the world around them. 6. Our words carry little (or NO value), if we do not practice what we preach. 7. If we don’t make learning fun, children will view learning as a chore, and we we will be creating a generation of children who grow up to be young adults who don’t see the joy in learning new things. 8. The child that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Never tell a child they “can’t” do something. God has blessed each of them with far more strengths and talents than we may know, and it’s not our job to tell them what they can’t do, but to help them to realize all the things they CAN do. 10. The legacy you leave as a teacher will never be determined by your student’s test scores, but by the human beings you helped them become throughout their lives.

"Pros won’t use generative AI, and when the bubble pops, nobody will ever talk about it again." No. That’s delusional. 1/ Generative AI is already being used professionally at the level of big studios like Disney ($1B to OpenAI), and there’s zero doubt that studios like Industrial Light & Magic, Netflix, Hollywood VFX experts, etc. are already experimenting with it too. Or do you think they’re idiots? They’re not idiots at all. They have the experience and, more importantly, the DISTRIBUTION POWER. The point is: someone with taste, judgment, and storytelling experience, basically from their living room, will have access to (almost, or not even almost) the same capability as the big guys, because the pure "making stuff" skills have been commoditized, and the new way to create is just NATURAL LANGUAGE. What hasn’t been commoditized is good taste, the ability to create great stories that move people, and the ability to get them in front of people. So in the end, what wins is story quality and distribution. Having good taste, making a name for yourself, and owning strong IP (Marvel, etc.) will still matter. That’ll be true right up until AI is genuinely opinionated and can create by itself: if it comes to that, with zero human direction, stuff as good as (or better than) the very best human experts today, and on top of that, interactive in real time... Because yeah: there’s nothing in this universe that actually prevents that from happening. BUT WE’RE NOT THERE. For now, generative AI is a tool that needs direction and taste to make anything decent. And I hope it stays that way for a long time, because otherwise that’s going to be a brutal hit to humanity’s ego. 2/ On the "bubble": you have to distinguish between a stock valuation bubble (possible, I actually believe it) vs a bubble like some people imagine where it "pops" and we never hear about AI again. That obviously makes no sense given how insanely useful it is. It can only grow, and it’s going to grow fast, regardless of any stock market drawdowns (the internet kept growing even when valuations got nuked in 2000). Either way, the near future is going to be extremely interesting.

NEW: Is a Never Trumper White House health advisor who is the brother of the Trump appointed US Surgeon General committing Tax fraud? I’m very concerned about the The White House’s decision to not only nominate Casey Means, MD as the US Surgeon General, but to also have her brother Calley Means, who has a long history as a Never Trumper, working in the position of health advisor in the Trump admin under Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Did you know that Calley's company, TrueMed Anthony J Milio provides "letters of medical necessity", from a doctor, tantamount to a prescription, that allow people to purchase health and wellness products TAX-FREE through their HSAs/FSAs? However, there is one big problem. Sources have come to me today to say they believe the letters from True Med are allegedly auto-generated instantaneously, auto signed, and not actually reviewed by a doctor. They are legally required to be reviewed by a licensed doctor to receive a tax deduction. If these claims are true, and the letters are being auto generated as opposed to being reviewed by a doctor, that would be TAX FRAUD! There definitely needs to be an investigation to find out if True Med is autogenerating their “letters of medical necessity". This could create a massive scandal for the Trump admin. We don’t want the Trump admin being accused of having advisors involved in any tax scandals. Bad look! Hope someone investigates soon before the Means siblings tarnish the Trump admin. I hear someone is already working on a big expose… only a matter of time before it drops. Heard it’s going to be with a pretty big Consevative publication too.

People do this kind of thing when they feel they are experiencing reality at a high frame rate. It does not feel risky to hold a laptop by a corner if you feel like you have an “agency frame” every half second. It feels risky if you have an “agency frame” every 60 seconds. You’d be betting that a hand you do not have control over for 60 seconds will keep gripping. Our conscious frame rate can vary dramatically throughout the day, and it’s hard to perceive the difference because we can only sample ourselves at our conscious frame rate, we can’t oversample ourselves. People drunk drive because they fail to perceive their slower frame rate. Their frame rate feels normal because it matches their sample rate. But we do get a subtle sense of when we’re “switched on”. Everything seems to go easier, everything feels less risky and more easy to correct. A lot of people toward the autistic side of the spectrum are experiencing reality very granularly with a “high agency frame rate”. This is why their social interactions can seem overly forced and awkward, they can be bad at dancing, etc—because they are exerting conscious control over their body and language at very tight intervals—you get a sense that they are extremely “self aware” and not “letting go”. “Letting go” in the social sense is actually about reducing your agency frame rate. That’s why alcohol is good for socializing and bad for driving. With a reduced agency frame rate our speech and body language feels more natural, less forced. More like we are flowing with the social group mind rather than being an island of constant awkward agency.

THIS JUST PROVES HOW LIBERAL THE YORUBAS WERE UP UNTIL 2023 !! - The Igbo Masquerade "AJOFIA" has been coming to Yoruba land to perform and do their rituals since 2012. The Yorubas were never bothered or complained. - Fast forward to 2024: Yorubas said no, and the Masquerade was banned. - What shifted? What changed? I must tell you that something very significant happened during the 2023 election that shifted the mindset and consciousness of the Yorubas to start being consciously conservative. - The Igbos miscalculated. They put all their chips onto the playing board. They revealed their intentions and true selves to the Yoruba cause of how badly they wanted their fellow Igbo man to win an election. - While the Yorubas weren't paying much attention - "at least they still voted for an Igbo man" - the Igbos didn't care. They were too aggressive with their approach. To them, it was either Obi wins the election or all bridges would be burnt. They were so confident that Obi would win the election that they couldn't help but reveal their intentions, agenda, and true selves to the Yorubas. - Yorubas latched onto it and quickly realized the kind of people they had invited to live amongst them, hence the pushback. - Now the Igbos don't like that the Yorubas have caught onto them, hence the constant "victimization cry" online and the denigration of the Yorubas. They are doing all this to see if bullying the Yorubas will give them an edge back. What they don't know is that the Yorubas are wired to never back down in the face of truth and threat. - They won't make too much noise, but they will UNDO THEIR MISTAKES

Nononsense
