Why Engineers Put Living Bacteria Inside Concrete.

It heals hairline cracks, the shrinkage kind. A crack you can slide a coin into is a joint somebody didn't cut or steel that's rusting, and bacteria won't fix either. Cheapest crack control I know is still a saw cut the same day you pour. Anyone seen what it adds per yard?
