Checks notes. Yup. Tradfi remains far less quantum resistant than #Bitcoin. Concerned about quantum, then best to get all them fiat dollars into $BTC.

Excellent FUD busting, Ben, from start to finish! It’s often overlooked that Bitcoin’s encryption can be upgraded to counter potential quantum computing threats. Plus, nearly every other system—banking, trading, resources, and LANs—would be significantly more vulnerable to quantum attacks than the Bitcoin network.

It will happen and when it does BTC will crash even if it adopts a quantum secure scheme. All unmigrated addresses will be at risk of having their balances harvested and that would destroy the economics of BTC. Hedge now with a portion of your portfolio in a quantum secure coin like $QRL.

Nice video, I learned a few things. Is upgrading to SHA512 an option to solve this?
