Why I don’t order NY Strip Steak at most restaurants.

NY Strip is the most mid cut of steak.

We slice them thin and sell them as philly cheesesteak meat. That and ground beef is all they are good for unless you like expensive chew toys.

Is it a tendon or a vein? Those are two completely different systems, much less organs.

Ribeye is King. I'd eat a NY Strip Steak at your Restaurant only

A decent steak house will only serve Center cut strips

I honestly fuck with strips. Costco was selling some really nice marble-y ones. For the price it’s hard to beat. Also don’t mind giving the tendon a little extra effort.

If you can see them, then yes 100%

I always get the chicken breast.
