Humans are Carnivores - If you are trying to convince someone that they should be eating more carnivorously, show them this post and video. Humans are obligate carnivores, cyclical and opportunistic omnivores, and obligate lipovores (lipo meaning fat). If we use these dietary classifications in the sole context of what a species needs to eat to produce healthy and capable offspring, then there is no more debate to be had on this subject. It's undeniable. Combine this with basic understandings of our gut physiology in addition to ancestral history and what we've been eating for thousands and thousands of years to successfully reproduce and propagate this realm, and it becomes absurdly obvious what we are obligated to be eating to be healthy, vibrant, strong, and fertile - animal foods. If I were to take you and your partner and throw you into the forest and tell you to survive and create healthy children, that can ONLY be achieved with carnivory and hunting, full stop. Everything you need with the fat soluble vitamins, b-vitamins, minerals, and even vit C, can be adequately garnered from eating an animal nose to tail. This is a common argument against carnivory and why we're omnivorous, but fresh muscle and organ meats like liver, adrenal glands, kidney, etc, contain more than enough vit C to satisfy our requirements. This doesn't mean we shouldn't be opportunistically eating plant foods because we want to derive calories, nutrients, and minerals from wherever possible, but no plant food is required to create a healthy child. They are largely just additional calories for putting on body fat, as well as medicines. Think of this in the context of seasonal availability as well, and you should realize that we cannot be eating plant foods year round in nature either. If anything consuming excessive plant foods in a survival scenario comes with an immense danger, especially if you don't have the knowledge of what is edible being that 99.9% of the plants in your environment will make you deathly ill or kill you if you eat them if not properly prepared with soaking, fermentation, cooking, etc. Eat a few raw kidney beans and you can die. Soak, ferment, and/or cook them for long enough, and now they're edible. Eat too much raw spinach or any other oxalate rich leaf vegetable and you can die from kidney failure. Plant foods, even fruit with ripening (fermentation), all had to be prepared in certain ways to derive their value without detriment. This is a lost art form that industrialization and technological development with supermarkets and refrigerators has taken from us. So now let's use the hardest of all the sciences that isn't rife with statistical manipulation and other confounding variables that muddy the results to determine what humans as an entire species should be eating - physiology and basic nutritional requirements. 1. Stomach acid ph of 1.1 to 1.5. Lower than nearly every other carnivore on earth, and on the same level as scavengers that eat corpses. This by itself proves we are physiologically adapted to a carnivorous diet and capable of scavenging animal foods in the same capacity as well. Most of you probably don't know that we are all already consuming fermented meat - that's what dry aging is. 2. Extremely calorically demanding brain, only sustainable in nature with regularly available animal fats, specifically omega 3s like DHA/EPA, saturated fat, arachidonic acid, etc. Our brain is 2% of our body weight but uses up to 20% of our resting energy - with a large brain and small gut. Considering our brain and nervous system is largely made of omega 3s, saturated fat, and cholesterol, we should obviously be eating the foods that contain those to grow and sustain a healthy brain, especially in the context nurturing a healthy child in the mothers womb. This is why every culture in Weston Price's book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration fixated on ensuring pregnant mothers we being fed nutrient dense animal foods and organ meats. It was an investment in the future of their tribe and culture. 3. Little to no capacity to ferment fiber into saturated fat like supposed pre-human ancestors like gorillas, chimps, gibbons, etc, who can derive 60-70% of their total calories from this fermentation process, in addition to proteins, b-vitamins, and other key fats and nutrients that help them become so big and strong eating nutrient devoid fibrous plants. Bacteria and fungi do everything for them. We can only make a few percent of total calories from fermenting fiber into fats regardless of how much fiber we consume, with some people who can't at all depending on ancestry or medical system induced gut injury like with antibiotics. 4. Weening time in comparison to Apes - in a paper titled "Impact of Carnivory on Human Development and Evolution Revealed by a New Unifying Model of Weaning in Mammals", the authors stated: >"Since early weaning yields shorter interbirth intervals and higher rates of reproduction, with profound effects on population dynamics, our findings highlight the emergence of carnivory as a process fundamentally determining human evolution." 5. Basic nutrition requirements - Plant foods do not contain key amino acids and nutrients like carnitine, carnosine, taurine, etc, in addition to not having fat soluble vitamins in their proper active forms like vit A, D, K2, B-vitamins like B6, B12, etc. Again in the context of surviving in nature without supermarkets and refrigerators, you must consume animal foods to be healthy and create progeny. Debate over. Humans are carnivores. Spread the word.

“We created humans.” “We live in different dimensions.” “You are currently at an embryonic level.” The former President of a Russian Republic just alleged that aliens revealed the truth about humanity’s origins to him when he was taken on board a UFO in 1997. This is what they told him: Kirsan Ilyumzhinov: “I said, why can’t you address the people of Earth right now?” “They looked at me and said … you have not yet reached the level in your civilization’s development to communicate with us.” “I said, how come? We have television, the internet, spacecraft.” “They asked, do you converse with ants?” “I say, no, we haven’t learned to talk to ants yet.” They told him: “We live in different dimensions.” “Your only achievement in civilization is that we created you … not only humans, but everything that surrounds us.” “Your only civilizational leap is that before you used to eat them raw, and now you kill and cook them, and eat them in restaurants by candlelight.” “Every creature that lives in the universe must go through certain stages.” “You still destroy each other.” “We created you here, gave you a beautiful land, rivers, lakes, seas, and you pollute it with industrial waste, burn, cut down these forests.” “Right now, there are over 117 armed conflicts happening around the world.” “You are so beautiful … yet you direct all your science and efforts towards inventing weapons to kill each other as much as possible.” “They said they didn’t want to disrupt the course of our civilization.” “Back in his time, the great Russian scientist Konstantin Tsiolkovsky said that not even the whole universe, but simply our own galaxy, the solar system, is teeming with different intelligent civilizations.” “And until we overcome our egocentrism, such communication probably won’t happen.” Jesse Michels

Album is out, I’ve waited so long to share these last few years of my life with you The first song was written a little over two years ago at a really low point in my life. I had absolutely no idea what this album would sound like or if I had the energy to write it at all. The last song was written in the fall of 2025 with the most amazing team by my side and a love for music I haven’t felt since before everything all popped off for the first time. I think when you dedicate your life to something you can lose yourself in the day to day stuff and forget why you chose it to begin with. I love telling stories and sharing myself with you. I love music and how it’s allowed me to meet the most interesting people and see the most wonderful things in our world. Always be curious and never stop learning. Open yourself up to new people and experiences as much as you can. Talk to everyone and never assume anything. In a way this feels like the first time ive ever released music though that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Thank you to the fans who have been around since the beginning, or since the ride era finished and I had to take a little time to figure out what was next, or those of you who have found me because of this new stuff. I love the shit out of you. Thank you. Thank you to my team, Darian, Joe, Mark and Tyler, Garrett, Tommy, Aimee, David and matt at Hard8, Soran, Bailey, Max, Andy, Andrew, Katie, Tano, Greg, Lily and Lili, Kristin, Jalen, Tsutai, Glen, Mikelle, Michelle, Ryan and Adam, Polis and Scott, my parents and my family, my wonderful band and touring team. Thank you to the people I am undoubtedly forgetting. The point is while it’s my name on the album, dozens of people worked their asses off to bring this project to your ears. I love and appreciate every single one of them.

It’s called histotripsy. It uses focused ultrasound waves to create tiny cavitation bubbles that mechanically liquefy and destroy targeted tumors. 🙏 This is so exciting to see. For years, I've believed the future of healthcare would move toward therapies that are less invasive and work with the body instead of against it. Technologies like histotripsy give hope to many people facing difficult diagnoses. Removing or destroying a tumor is only one part of the healing journey. The question we should always ask is: What allowed the tumor to develop in the first place? That's where true healing begins. That's why I always encourage people to focus on the foundations: 🌿 Detoxification 🥗 Nutrition 💧 Hydration 🦠 A healthy gut microbiome ❤️ Liver health 😴 Quality sleep ☀️ Sunlight 🚶 Movement 🧘 Stress reduction These are the principles I've spent more than 30 years researching, teaching, and applying to help people restore their health. That's why I created the Natural Health Coach Certification. I wanted to pass this knowledge on to anyone who wants to understand the body at a deeper level, heal themselves, support their loved ones, and make a real difference in the lives of others. One of the most powerful ways to change your life is to change who you surround yourself with. When you join GHI, you're not just learning from me. You're joining a community of like-minded people who are passionate about health, growth, and serving others. If you're looking to raise your frequency, surround yourself with people who are committed to becoming the healthiest version of themselves. That's the culture we've built at GHI. The world doesn't just need more treatments. It needs more educated people who understand the body's ability to heal. 🎓 Right now, we're offering a $2,000 Grant toward the Coach Certification. Here’s a link to claim your grant! Comment: Is real that Eul (Noeul) not kind like Boss? (*Warning: Is long translate but I swear is worth to read) Boss: Hmm....How should to say... Actually, everyone has a different personality. It depends on their learning, their growth, and so on. I'm not judging who is kind or who is not Everyone has their own style/way of life. But... it's just that my style might lean towards being gentle, flexible, knowing how to recognize and appreciate value... Or maybe that's why it became the word "kind/good-natured" Be.... humble person Well... I don't know either. It depends on who you love, who you want to be with and what you believe in. Just live in whatever way makes you feel happy. Like I said, if coming to see me doesn't bring you happiness anymore, I won't force you to stay by my side always. You're completely free to go find your own happiness. But the fact that our paths crossed and brought us together for a period of time. That in itself was wonderful and you were happy during that time too. So please, live happily! Whether you choose to support another artist, pursue your own life, fall in love, get a good job or surround yourself with great people... I hope everyone feels happy living their own lives Maybe one day we like each other, then another day we don't, or maybe something happens that makes us dislike one another... But I assure you one thing: I will never do anything to make anyone disappointed or heartbroken One day, we might become friends, or simply good people to each other... "There are no permanent friends, nor permanent enemies"...this applies so accurately to human life. That's just the truth. That’s why every single day... I will try my absolute best Tomorrow, who knows if we’ll still be able to sit here, talking and looking at each other like this? Tomorrow... who knows who might disappear. It might not be me....it could be someone around you or even yourself. So live in a way that truly makes you happy. Don't be too stressed, live a worthy and meaningful life! Crazy...Of course life comes with pressure and stress, but you gotta fight back! 👤: In the end, everything will just become yesterday's story Boss: Yeah... just sleep on it, and when you wake up, it's already in the past. Keep your chin up! Don't overthink or let the stress crush you, got it? Huh? Come on, that's enough moping around! Stop upset right now #BossNoeul #Bosschaikamon #BOSSCKM #ShawtyBoss #BoNoh

"Meat Contains Every Nutrient We Need In Its Proper Form & Without Any Anti-Nutrients To Interfere." Dr Georgia Ede, MD If You Look At What Is Inside Animal Foods, You Will Find All Essential Nutrients. You Can't Say That Of Any Plant Food. There's Not A Plant Food On Earth That Provides All Essential Nutrients. Animal foods can. Meat, seafood & poultry contain every nutrient we need. What about fiber? Fiber is not a nutrient. The Carnivore Diet is fiber free. Could you last on a true carnivore diet without getting gut microbiome issues? You need fiber right? Why? What does it do? It prevents glucose from going into the the blood or something? Where's the glucose coming from? Nutrition science has a lot of half truths. If you're eating a high carbohydrate diet, fiber can soften your glucose spikes. A more effective way to lower your glucose spikes is to NOT get a glucose spike in the first place. Fiber sweeps your colon clean of toxins? There's never been a study that demonstrates this. The intestines clean themselves. The epithelial lining sheds regularly, very frequently. Fiber is good for digestion? Fiber, by definition, is indigestible Fiber is essential to feed beneficial gut bacteria & promote regular bowel movements? There are papers claiming that butyrate from plant foods are required to feed good beneficial gut bacteria in order to have a healthy gut microbiome. We do need butyrate. The ketone, Beta Hydroxybutyrate, feeds the intestinal cells just as well. Beta Hydroxybutyrate, from animal foods, provides all the butyrate needed to maintain a healthy robust microbiome. Dr Georgia Ede is a Harvard trained, board certified psychiatrist specializing in nutritional & metabolic psychiatry: "In my research, I’ve yet to find a credible, plausible health argument against eating meat of any kind (including red meat, seafood & poultry)." "In fact, no other food group is nutritious enough, safe enough, or geographically accessible enough to recommend as the healthy foundation of the optimal human diet." "So if I could only afford to buy food from one food group, I’d prioritize meat." 👇Ketones Benefits To Epithelial Lining👇 👇Benefits Of Ketogenic Therapy👇 Speakers: Georgia Ede MD & Steven Bartlett Podcast: DiaryOfaCEO

"A lot of people are just too smart to believe in God. You know what I mean? Well, you have to believe in something bigger than you. And whether you call it science, whether you call it nature, whether you call it this or that, doesn't matter. You know, there's a force there. There's an energy. There's greatness. And those of us that, you know, do believe like we do. However you find him, just do" Dolly Parton doesn't talk about her faith like someone who has been a Christian for 50 years. Instead, she talks about God a fair amount- never Jesus or any other allusions to the gospel- in a way someone does when they haven't been attending church for 50 years. And Dolly hasn't. She hasn't consistently or regularly attended a “traditional” church as an adult, choosing for the last 5 decades to have ‘personal prayer time’ by herself while eschewing regular gatherings of believers or membership in any church body, and it shows. It's also why she told the New Humanist in 2024 “So much of who I am is based on my faith. I believed in God and I believed that through God all things were possible, and that through myself things were possible, if I hung on to my plan. …We all need something to believe in, whether you believe in God or not, whether you call it Mother Nature or Father Time or a higher wisdom. You need to believe in yourself and you need to believe there’s a force that can push you and lead you on. I was always guided by that. I’m very creative – what keeps me going is both spiritual and creative energy. I’m not a religious fanatic. I wouldn’t even say I’m religious, though I grew up with that background. But I have a lot of faith in myself and I’ve been so blessed to have been around great people my whole life."

New: Joe Rogan shocks Clint Eastwood’s son Scott Eastwood by revealing that the government demonized raw milk that is actually healthy for humans: ROGAN: “Raw milk is really good for you. When you drink raw milk you’re getting all these natural enzymes that haven’t been killed off from the pasteurization process.” EASTWOOD: “I just got back from Europe and my body felt so much better there. What’s going on with that?” ROGAN: “It’s our food. Our food is bad. If you drink a glass of homogenized pasteurized milk your body has no idea what it is. That stuff can just sit on the shelf for months which is crazy. Raw milk is only good for a few days which is how it’s supposed to be.” EASTWOOD: “I can’t digest American cheese, but I can eat cheese in Italy no problem. They explained to me they have this 4-6 hour process that removes the lactose. In America we just slap it in and send it out.” ROGAN: “The people on the left used to care about avoiding chemicals and processed foods, but since all these positive health movements are associated with Trump and RFK Jr they’re rejecting something that’s good for everybody. They thinks it’s some right wing anti-science position now. You guys are being brainwashed. We should all be eating organic food.” EASTWOOD: “How is this even an argument? People should all want what’s for the betterment of society.” ROGAN: “Americans are some of the sickest and fattest people on Planet Earth while also being the most wealthy country.”

“And anyway, I wanted to clarify something that was told to me in a half-assed way by some fanatical people, because I don’t call these people fans, I call them fanatics. And thank God they eventually remove themselves from the community on their own, because fundamentally they were never really part of the community to begin with, given the kinds of actions and thoughts they have. Now, you all know very well that there are people among you who help me, whom I absolutely welcome and appreciate a lot, actually, probably more than what they even give me. And as a result, I do have a human, working relationship that goes beyond just being a fan, right? So of course, in certain circumstances, because of specific skills people have and the kind of help they give, it’s obvious that more conversations start happening and a more developed human relationship begins, beyond a simple… you know. That’s how life works. It’s not like I can live my life and talk to every single one of you in the exact same way. It’s normal, choices are made based on the situations that come up. Anyone who’s mentally healthy understands this and tries to build a human relationship with me in some way. But those who aren’t healthy think, “Well, why does she talk to her and not to me?” But I can’t talk to everyone. Even though I try to do it in my own way, if I started talking to every single one of you, my life would obviously be over. And I think that applies to anyone who has a community or a group of people who follow them. So then this thing came out about me going to Disneyland. But, holy crap, as they say, maybe! Maybe I would go to Disneyland! And even if I did go to Disneyland, it’s none of your fucking business if I want to go to Disneyland. What the fuck do you care if I want to go to Disneyland? It’s my business. Also, I haven’t been to Disneyland in 18 years, last time was with a friend from high school. But even then, it’s still my business if I want to go with whomever I want: if I’m dating someone or not, if I want to go with a friend, if I want to go with a fan I choose from among you. Is it my business or not? I mean, is everything okay with you people? And then, what the fuck does it change for you? Do you appreciate me for who I am? Good. Appreciate me for who I am and for what I do, not for who I’m with or where I go. Sometimes it feels like I’m talking to a jealous girlfriend. But I already, normally, believe me, don’t get involved with certain people, or a certain type of person, because jealousy and unresolved issues really bother me. Let me explain better. Let’s say I get into a relationship. My partner should never make jealousy scenes. You want to go to Disneyland with your friends? Go. Don’t go. What do I care? That’s your business. It’s great that our paths cross and we have a beautiful, loving life together, but that doesn’t erase my other relationships or my other bonds. Sometimes, with some people in this community, it feels like I’m dating them, like they think I’m their girlfriend. That’s not normal. You’re fanatics, you’re not well. So it’s actually a good thing if you don’t come to the meetups I organize. I even send you a kiss and bye-bye, good riddance, because you’re not right in the head. Anyway, what was I saying… maybe I’d really like to go to Disneyland, but honestly I don’t even have the head for Disneyland anymore. I’ve got other stuff going on in my brain, as they say, and for now I prefer working over going to Disneyland. Also, instead of Disneyland, I would’ve preferred the Maldives, if we really want to say it. Or at least the sea, one way or another. But if I go to London, if I go to Paris, it’s for one reason: to have the chance to work and create content. And on the other hand, to meet you. So if I go to Paris that day, it’s because I’m trying to organize a day where I can go and meet you for an hour or so, because I’m only there for a day. And I hope you can understand that.”
