China was hit harder on its own side and still has hundreds of people unaccounted for. Its first responsibility is obvious: rescue its own citizens, restore access, stabilize the disaster zone, and prevent secondary casualties. That is what a functioning state is supposed to do. And even while dealing with its own losses, China still said it is ready to provide emergency assistance to Nepal if needed. Rescue first. Politics later. The people turning this disaster into anti-China content are the ones doing propaganda.
