Sound Transit has had obstacles to getting projects done. Here's a short list: a) COVID19 - the pandemic, supply chain issues, etc. b) Concrete strike c) Building light rail on floating bridge is HARD d) Inflation e) Litigation Video also mentions trees. Well frankly if you care about trees so much you'd be pro-density. Also the car tabs? Well then write an initiative that is truly single subject. Meanwhile, pay up and accept the will of the Sound Transit district. Finally, as to security issues, Sound Transit has enhanced security presence.
