The Alberta model is essentially a "warehousing" of addicts. Get them out of sight. They will staff the center with religious folks who will help the addicts "pray" their addiction away. Once their time is up the addicts will go out and OD. End of story.

This guy nails it. Where do we get the staff? Or do they staff it with anyone and then pick and choose who can attend because they won’t have the education/background to support concurrent or complex dx. This is happening in the community already!
