He extended his arm over the hood, if anything got "hit" it was that, as the driver's wheels are clearly aimed to the RIGHT, trying to LEAVE... Why was she a threat? (She wasn't) Who was she a threat to?! (No one) Why did they need to forcibly remove her from her car? Also, why didn't they just let her drive away, wasn't their goal to stop her from blocking the street?! And as a US citizen does she not have a right to protest?!
