The lawless audacity is really something, but I worry that they'll "teach" some Khmer hooligans how to do serious crime, and that the police in Cambodia are not ready to deal with this kind of violence.

Good point. We've already got some Chinese "trained" Khmer drivers in Sihanoukville. They are atrocious!
