back in the day this whole scene took around 10hr total of work for all involved. and at one point i added a “button” you could trigger. i had started working on a opening in the wall that would enter a vent maze. and soon realized. nevermind. this was already enough of a derailment to development. and didn’t bother working on it and just left this sequence as is on its own.

For me this could be a huge headache for many people, it shows no accountability. If the neighbor’s tree damages someone else property, you would think that it’s their responsibility since it’s their tree and it’s their actions that caused the damage. Why on earth would any state have this law is beyond me, I wouldn’t want to live in an area like that, where one day you are on top and the next day you could be thousands in debt.
