Eskom can't solve problems. Only REIPPs can." A strange phenomenon. I could not understand why machines can't just be repaired. I went to convince Bheki Nxumalo to come back & lead the Generation department. He was unwilling to come back because Andre de Ruyter and his gang had unfairly fired him. I promised that we will not entertain anyone who wants to disturb him. He came back & said 'get rid of Jan Oberhalzer's position. It's useless. It is just drowning our taxes.' We agreed. Now Eskom is working like it had never been incompetently run by Andre de Ruyter
