Why should you limit electricity use during the solar eclipse?

This seems to be an advert for Octopus Energy as Scotland has one Gas power plant up in Peterhead meant for the public, our energy comes from two inputs Renewables and Nuclear. In fact we export our energy to England etc as we GENERATE more than we need.
