Tony Robbins believes that, in a lowered emotional state, we only see the problems, not solutions. Let’s say you wake up feeling tired and overwhelmed. You sit down to brainstorm strategies to solve your issues, but it comes to naught, and you feel even worse afterward. This is because you started in a negative state, then attempted strategy but didn’t succeed (due to tunnel vision on the problems), and then likely told yourself self-defeating stories (e.g., “I always do this. Why am I so wound up I can’t even think straight?”). To fix this, he encourages you to “prime” your state first. The biochemistry will help you proactively tell yourself an enabling story. Only then do you think on strategy, as you’ll see the options instead of dead ends. “Priming” my state is often as simple as doing 5 to 10 push-ups or getting 20 minutes of sun exposure. I often ask myself, “Is this really a problem I need to think my way out of? Or is it possible I just need to fix my biochemistry?” I’ve wasted a lot of time journaling on “problems” when I just needed to eat breakfast sooner, do 10 push-ups, or get an extra hour of sleep. WHY France’s Biggest Problem Might Be Kylian Mbappé… France probably have the most frightening squad at the World Cup. Mbappé, Dembélé, Olise, Cherki, Tchouaméni, Saliba, Upamecano, Konaté, Maignan. The depth is ridiculous, and on talent alone they have to be considered one of the favourites. But there is one problem Deschamps still hasn’t solved. Mbappé increasingly operates as France’s number nine, yet he doesn’t really play like one. He wants freedom, drifts wide, drops deep and looks to become the focal point of attacks. The issue is that when he vacates central areas, somebody still needs to occupy the centre-backs. That could become a major issue. With Ekitike injured, France lose the profile that looked perfectly suited to balancing the attack. So can Thuram provide that presence? Or will Deschamps need to turn to Mateta when games become more physical? Defensively, France remain terrifying. Their transition defence might be the best in the tournament, with Saliba, Upamecano, Konaté and Tchouaméni capable of shutting down counters almost on their own. Add in their aerial power and athleticism, and very few teams can match them physically. But possession remains the question mark. France still lack a clear repeatable build-up structure and often rely on moments of brilliance rather than sustained control. That makes the Olise versus Cherki debate fascinating. One offers a direct route to goal, the other might be the player who actually connects the team. If Deschamps finds the right balance around Mbappé, France have enough talent to win the World Cup. WE BLOOMING BEAUTY #PlantneryxWilliamEst #WilliamEst 🦈: i said i’m not going anywhere anyway. there are times when we feel like, maybe we’re not suitable for each other. i feel like i see everything and i realize that maybe i’m the one causing the problem. i think, well, if i step back, maybe it would be better. i’ve thought, like, if this problem didn’t exist, things might be better. it probably wouldn’t have happened. i feel like okay should we separate? but we’re talking about this from the perspective of we actually don’t want to separate. in terms of work, everything’s great. if it’s just the two of us, everything’s happy. but because of external factors, it causes a lot of problems. some of these problems make sense, some don’t. i don’t like having problems, and i feel like it’s okay to just leave it, but when i keep everything inside, it makes me sad and all kinds of things start building up. when we clear things up, we like to deep talk. once we start talking, everything gets more serious, because he doesn’t want to separate and i don’t want to separate, but why do we have to separate? that’s basically what it was like at that time. 🎸: how did we sort it out? i’ve been thinking that even if he tries to push me away, i won’t go. 🦈: i’m not pushing away 🎸: even if you try, or if you say you don’t want to do this anymore, i’ll find a way to make it work, because since we started the thamepo project, we’ve never had any problems. we just argue, which comes from outside issues. we had to talk about it. i feel like it doesn’t make sense for us to separate, so i said, i wouldn’t let him go anywhere. let’s live our lives together.

Another conspiracy theory that’s come to fruition, except that it’s taken 25 years not 5 years. Also shows that Trump is not the one running the show as the plans to invade Iran were drawn up years ago. Who drew those plans up then and why? Who was making noises back then about attacking Iran? Makes you wonder who was behind the 9/11 attacks doesn’t it given the U.S. now supports Al-Queda running Syria. Has Al-Queda been a puppet of the deep state all this time? Am I the only one to find it very odd that Al-Queda and ISIS only ever attacked the enemies of the West and not countries allied with the West? Have these terrorist groups been creating and controlled by Western Intelligence Agencies? What the Supreme Court just did to Haitian families on Temporary Protected Status is disgusting, dangerous, and wrong. This decision opens the door for hardworking people — mothers, fathers, children, church members, business owners, taxpayers, and neighbors right here in Congressional District 20 — to live in fear of being ripped away from the communities they helped build. And let’s be clear: the people running against me who have already held power should have done something about this a long time ago. We have two sitting members of Congress in this race and a former mayor who is Jamaican, and for years they have watched our Haitian brothers and sisters live on “temporary” status with no real pathway to citizenship. They had the titles. They had the seats. They had the power. But they did not deliver. Temporary Protected Status was never supposed to be a political football. These families should not have been left in limbo for decades. Congress should have created a real pathway for good, hardworking people to earn citizenship, come out of the shadows, and live without fear. I am not here to defend criminals, scammers, or gang members. I am here to fight for the good people — the families, workers, seniors, students, and children who make up the heart of this district. And another thing ..; many African governments commit human rights violations against their own people, but nobody calls them out.
