If it’s coming out of Burnham’s mouth (or the red left), it’s probably a lie. To get a better deal than this you are better off entering the country illegally and then claiming a house for free on the state, just like the thousands entering the UK every day. Socialism 👏

Who says house prices need to keep going up? Everything else depreciates in value, if you buy a car you get use out of it but don’t expect to also turn a profit.
