This woman is extremely myopic.

Looks like a demon or Satanic figure on her sweater. Also has 'the eyes', oversized glasses, multiple piercings... she doesn't represent America. She's just a victim of propaganda and unable to use logic or critically think for herself.

This is all psychological. These are generally people who want attention and will seek all necessary means to get said attention. Radical physical changes, piercings, tattoos, all of it. Just my two cents.
