Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi: Friends, while strengthening BRICS, we must also define the direction of global reform. The current structure of global governance appears like a pyramid. At the top of this pyramid, power and decision-making are concentrated. And at the bottom are countries that are affected by these decisions but are unable to shape them. Today, the Global South is on the front line of global crises, but it remains in the back row of decision-making. We must transform this pyramid of privilege into a platform of partnership.
