They need reserved seats in government jobs, special scholarships, and protection from “elite-phobia.” 2- National Commission for Billionaire Category – billionaires are a vulnerable minority. Society keeps targeting them with taxes, scrutiny, and jealousy. They require constitutional safeguards, exclusive welfare schemes, and a dedicated ministry to protect their feelings. 3- National Commission for Fair-Skinned People – they face color-based bias in the beauty industry and matrimonial market. Instant reservation needed. 4- National Commission for People Who Speak Fluent English – linguistic oppression is real. They are constantly called “elitist” and need institutional protection. 5- National Commission for People Who Own Cars – two-wheeler and bus users look down on them. Systemic discrimination. Immediate action required. 6- National Commission for People Who Live in Gated Societies – constant micro-aggressions from people living in regular colonies. Trauma is real. सवर्ण आयोग बनने से पहले देश में जाति आधारित जनगणना होनी चाहिए कि सवर्णों की संख्या कितनी है, ब्राह्मणों की संख्या कितनी है, राजपूतों की संख्या कितनी है, वैश्यों की संख्या कितनी है, कायस्थों की संख्या कितनी है, और अन्य सवर्ण जातियों की संख्या कितनी है। इस जनगणना में यह भी पता लगाया जाना चाहिए कि किन-किन जातियों के लोगों के पास सबसे अधिक धन है? विभिन्न सवर्ण जातियों के भीतर आय का वितरण कैसा है? उनके पास कितनी कॉर्पोरेट हिस्सेदारी है, और किन क्षेत्रों में उनकी संपत्ति केंद्रित है? उस संपत्ति का बंटवारा गरीब सवर्णों में किया जाना चाहिए, ताकि आर्थिक विषमता कम हो सके। बराबर संपत्ति का बंटवारा किसके पास कितनी कृषि योग्य और गैर-कृषि जमीनें हैं? किसके पास कितनी छोटी, मझली और बड़ी फैक्ट्रियां हैं? किसके पास कितनी चल संपत्ति (जैसे शेयर, बॉन्ड, सोना) और अचल संपत्ति (जैसे रिहायशी और वाणिज्यिक भवन) है? इस विस्तृत आर्थिक और सामाजिक डेटा के बिना सवर्ण आयोग का गठन संवैधानिक रूप से संभव ही नहीं है, क्योंकि आयोग के गठन का आधार और लक्ष्य निर्धारित नहीं हो पाएगा। आजादी की लड़ाई में कितने सवर्ण अंग्रेजों के साथ थे और कितने अंग्रेजों के विरोध में थे, ताकि उनके ऐतिहासिक योगदान और निष्ठा का सही आकलन हो सके? संविधान सभा में विभिन्न सवर्ण उप-जातियों के कितने प्रतिनिधि थे और उनकी भूमिका क्या थी? आज तक कितने सवर्ण समाज के सांसद विधायक विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों में हुए हैं, और उनकी राजनीतिक सत्ता में भागीदारी का प्रतिशत क्या रहा है? कितने भारत सरकार के कैबिनेट सेक्रेटरी रहे हैं और उनका जातिगत प्रतिनिधित्व कैसा रहा है? कितने राज्य सरकार के कैबिनेट सेक्रेटरी रहे हैं? कितने ब्राह्मण, राजपूत, वैश्य, और कायस्थ पुलिस के राज्य प्रमुख (डीजीपी) हुए हैं? कितने सवर्ण विभिन्न केंद्रीय और राज्य लोक सेवा आयोगों (UPSC, PSC) के अध्यक्ष और सदस्य रहे हैं? कितने सवर्ण उच्च न्यायपालिका (हाई कोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट) में न्यायाधीश रहे हैं? इत्यादि।

You are also misguided and arrogant little bit . Try to collaborate with other people fighting against Reservation rather than quoting constitutional laws everywhere. You need courageous people too in order to win this war . Knowledge alone won't work .

Instead of doing this ask Govt to implement right to higher education and right to employment. Right to employment would turn to right to entrepreneurship if govt doesn’t have enough jobs and entrepreneurship is really needed for the country .

🤔 Ans has many presumptions like same rights other commissions have but they were made precisely to pit communities against one another & any committee only further entreches political hold over community agency. We need to move away from political hold towards community agency.

She doesn’t understand that “General Category” means nothing other than a “unnamed Title”; something like Nobel Price if some group or someone could live their lives as “General Category”(General Providence; aka Citizenship). US is “General Category” whereas America is “Christian Category or Christian Providence”. That is why they call being American as “US Citizenship”. The African Americans post-Civil War were moved from “English World/Christian-English World(where Bill of Rights didn’t exist)” to “US Citizenship”. But that never changed the actual conditions; because “US Citizenship”(General Category) was too high of a Standard of what their real condition was an Indian Reservation. The General Category in India should look upto that African-American Story; and do whatever than seek an “Indian Reservation” or “Indian Entitlement”.
