His action amounts to sexual harassment offense in law, and contravenes provisions of Leadership & Integrity Act. He is not fit to be in office & must be forced to resign. Principal Magistrate Gideon Kiage has deferred a ruling on the DCI KENYA Office of The Director Of Public Prosecutions application to hold Mustafa Güngör for 15 more days to allow further investigations until Tuesday 30 December 2026.His family, friends and Amnesty Kenya Law Society of Kenya Global Peace Foundation lawyers and representatives argued in court that the extended pre-trial detention is excessive. Mustafa is a recognized refugee resident in Kenya for over 15 years without a criminal record. He has fully cooperated with the DCI KENYA since his 20 December arrest. Court has further ruled the father of two, Mustafa Güngör remain in custody, with family visitation and be produced in court for a ruling on 30 December. We would like to bring to the attention of DCI KENYA and the general public the abduction of three young men in Isiolo. We note with concern that these unconstitutional abductions persist amidst perpetual denials by Government officials in charge of security over their occurrences. This matter has been reported as OB29/06/07/2024. We demand an immediate investigation into this complaint and prosecution of the criminals perpetrating abduction of citizens.
