I’ve declawed every cat I’ve ever housed. The happiest cats in existence. No one claws the furniture. Everyone loves each other. Humane.

ANY “procedure” that people do to “pets” in order to make them more comfortable for “owners” - is, plain and simple, a mutilation! People doing it to domesticated animal do not deserve having pets!
