Your knowledge & the perception thereof is valuable enough for +2 million followers minimum If you start putting out a cheap but well-made series of many different subjects, you will start to pop off Something like this, mono background, good camera & sound. Do compilations.

Spot on, David. When working with my clients to overcome self-sabotage, I like to get to the root of it and figure out why their unconscious mind sees the behavior or pattern as useful and go from there.

So intellect over emotion? Does understanding this mean pushing through the emotional barriers with rational thinking?

@MontanaOvikian Not exactly. The only way to free ourselves from the grip emotions have over us is to feel them. Otherwise we spend out lives unconsciously avoiding them.

We are so tied to our past that it destroys our future. The problems you have can be overcome as a rational adult. Most people think with emotion not ration, though.

i run away from rejection and i can't pinpoint when it all started. Everything you mentioned here makes so much sense. This is why i just don't try. Don't try to get the woman, the job, the friends I want. At some point in my life i remember I didn't even like to apply for jobs
