Professional... in shorts & slides 😅 Novel concept but not practical. I would have had that tree on the ground in the same spot with a quarter of the time & cutting (fuel, oil, & chain wear), & left a clean flat stump instead of two big spikes sticking up out of the ground.

A professional wouldnt have done all the unnecessary cuts and would have had that tiny tree in half the time.

No professional would run a chainsaw without all their PPE, not running shorts. This man is a fool. He's a hospital patient in waiting. I'd run him off my jobs before you could say, "tomato".

Shorts, a pair of boots full of sawdust and a "tree" with the inertia of a piece of firewood. That tree was already cut, there was nothing past 3 meters, and certainly didn't require a cut that complicated.

No safety gear or clothes, he’s definitely NOT a pro 🤷🏼‍♂️🙄

A professional would always wear safety gear including a hard hat, safety glasses and a chainsaw safe body & legs reinforced suit...and not open sandals!

Ridiculous. Needless folderol. THREE cuts only are needed: 2 on the side that the tree is to fall-one horizontal, 1/3 in; one angle cut from above down to the edges of the 1st cut, making a notch. Then a final horizontal cut from the other side slightly above the notch's bottom.

I’ve been a tree faller for 40 years and that is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen.

The time some people would spend trying to do things themselves or with an amateur could have covered other things

A professional isn’t operating a chain saw wearing running nylon shorts.

This moron learned tree felling from YouTube videos.

You loose control of the tree when you make those extra cuts. When you bed a tree and begin cutting the backside, you control which way the tree will fall by which side you cut into more!!! STOP PRAISING INEXPERIENCE!!!!!

RashadBanks's profile picture

He’s not doing it “professionally” if he was he would’ve made 3 cuts bc he started off doing it professionally but added still to it a rookie or amateur would not have that much control over the saw

I wouldn’t call a lumber jack in shorts, no safety glasses nor gloves a professional 🌭

No professional wears shorts, sandals, and no head / hearing / eye / leg protection. Plus..there’s no need to make all those cuts. 3 cuts and that tree will fall where you want it to go.
