@carnivoreray Seriously, start off strictly red meat & salt, after a few months slowly add back other foods. It’s amazing how well your body will let you know what foods it can and can’t tolerate.

@carnivoreray Spot on. >10 years in and I’ve found seasonings to be a distraction, for the most part. Give me a seared & rare hunk of salted beef or lamb and I’m good for OMAD bliss. Toss some liver or heart in for a bonus!

@carnivoreray I went > 30 days without garlic. I could smell people about to walk around corners at the office because everyone eats garlic all the time. I couldn't sit next to my wife on the couch. I had to add garlic back in just to stay adapted. Adding it back wasn't a heavenly experience.

Good advice - for many people who experience difficulties digesting food, it really comes down to recognizing what is the cause. Another thing to consider is- we sell soy-free chicken. If you’re eating a meat that was fed while alive (including ruminants fed, not grass finished) that is something to consider as well. The animal’s diet may be a cause of issues for you as well. Ask the farmer.

After undergoing hypnosis to quit snus (tobacco) in 2015, I've noticed an unfortunate side effect: I tend to have involuntary vomiting after eating certain foods I mentioned to my psychologist. Interestingly, I can enjoy things like pizza, fries, avocado, or other unhealthy foods, but they always come back up. It's particularly nasty when it's something green, and please don't mention seed oils - that just makes it worse! Hypnosis was effective in its intended purpose, but this side effect is quite challenging. It's something to consider for anyone thinking about trying hypnosis for similar reasons. Give it a try, folks, but be aware of potential unexpected outcomes.

@carnivoreray You should probably consider keeping onions and garlic out since they are FODMAPS. Also keep nightshades out as well. Some nightshades give me heart palpitations but oddly enough ghost pepper seems to neutralize those effects when added along with Benadryl if accidentally dosed
