I just spent $32 on a fish and chips lunch at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at the wharf in DC, and it’s not the one you think. I knew about Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s kitchen restaurant at the wharf in Washington DC, but I didn’t realize that they also put in a Gordon Ramsay fish and chips right across the walkway. it is kinda like what would happen if a fast food restaurant changed their oil appropriately. The food comes out fast, the batter is light and fluffy and crispy and not stale, and it tastes good, not great. so as a fast food restaurant, this is a very good one, but I don’t think they think it’s fast food. Because after upgrading my fries and adding an iced tea, the total price I paid for this very small portion of food was $32. so if they’re not fast food, they’re competing with Irish pubs, and that might put the price more in the same range. But now that’s where the portion of food comes in, because at some Irish pubs, they give you like two or three full fish not just too little fish sticks. So, yes, you were paying an up charge for less food, and while the food is not terrible, I would still say it’s probably kind of a tourist trap. I don’t know what do you think? i’ll probably get my fish and chips at an Irish pub next time.

A person in Long Beach, California ordered Mexican hibachi via GrubHub. When the driver went to pick up the food, the restaurant’s CEO, Martin Luzanilla, noticed that he had opened the food in his car and was eating it. So Luzanilla went outside and approached the driver, who shoveling the food into his mouth, as part of the food was falling out of his mouth and back into the container. Thankfully Martin called the person who ordered the food to let them know not to eat it. That person had already received the food and it was already all repackaged to look like no one ate it. Martin then thankfully made the customer new food.
