Dom's mom signed her up for this show and as a 25 year old going on 19 she saw it as an opportunity to get followers and her 15 minutes - she was never in it for the relationship and made that blatantly obvious before she ever even walked down the aisle.

If she does, she won't admit it. I feel very sorry for her ex and hope he finds someone wonderful. He deserved so much better.
