The Trump administration has fired a group of prosecutors involved in the Jan. 6 criminal cases and is demanding a list of names of FBI agents involved in those same probes. "If they were literally all to be pushed out the door, we would be talking about thousands of FBI agents. There's only 14,000 agents in the field, and we'd be talking close to 6,000 of them who worked such cases," retired FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence Frank Figliuzzi says.

I’m heading to the White House soon to watch FBI Director Kash Patel be sworn in as our nation’s ninth FBI Director. Today marks the end of two tiers of justice at the FBI. Under Kash’s leadership, the only people who will be targeted are criminals & terrorists.

Kash Patel claims that no one at the FBI was fired because they worked on an investigation into President Trump. And suggests that thousands of agents just, coincidentally, retired. This is false and absurd. We will investigate the wrongful termination of hundreds of FBI agents.

During his hearing, Kash Patel wouldn't unequivocally commit to ensuring that the FBI agents who worked on special counsel Jack Smith's cases against Pres. Trump won't be fired. "That was your first test — you failed it," Sen. Richard Blumenthal said.

JUST IN: FBI agents who worked on Trump investigations and Jan. 6 could be fired as soon as today, according to CBS. Some top officials are currently being told to resign, retire or be fired by Monday. “The top officials at the executive assistant director level being instructed to retire manage the FBI's criminal, national security and cyber investigations. There may be more changes throughout the FBI,” CBS reports. The Trump administration is reportedly most focused on purging agents who worked on investigations relating to Jan. 6, Trump's handling of classified documents and “post-2020-election conduct.”

Remember the three men acquitted in 2023 on Michigan state charges related to the Whitmer fednapping hoax? Two of the men--brothers William and Michael Null--are suing several officials including MI AG Dana Nessel; FBI agents Steve D'Antuono (who was promoted from Detroit FBI office chief to Washington DC FBI office chief by Chris Wray weeks before Jan 6); FBI special agents Richard Trask (the lead case agent fired after he assaulted his wife in a post-swingers party in Michigan), and Henrik Impola and Jayson Chambers, who "handled" the top two FBI informants; and two FBI undercover agents who helped accelerate the plot toward the end...including one who pretended to be an explosives expert and showed the targets a video of an exploding SUV. That video had been produced by the FBI.

Absolute disaster for the FBI. Senator Chris Van Hollen exposes how Kash Patel completely weaponized the agency by purging the exact counterespionage agents needed against Iran. He confirms Patel maliciously fired agents who investigated Mar-a-Lago out of pure vengeance.
