Will Mallory was the cheat code for the Colts in their win over the Patriots on Thursday. He hauled in 6 receptions, including a few down the field shots from Anthony Richardson. Shane Steichen is too good of a play-caller to not use Mallory more this season

I see what you did there. I agree, we should’ve won bc refs blind on McGowan td

Colts win 😉

Would love to see a Will Mallory breakout season….

They listed him as TE4. Is that how he was treated in camp, or are they using him more?

He appears to still be TE4 in camp behind Ogletree

@MyColtsAccount In 13 personnel, they prefer Ogletree’s blocking. I would think if Warren misses time though that Mallory would slide into the pass-catching role

@MyColtsAccount Yeah I think that's how they still view him sadly

@ewang715 For what its worth Ballard has stated recently they do need to get him more involved so maybe they are finally looking to do that.

@ewang715 I think Ballard has said that the last two offseasons prior to camp as well lol

Mallory and Warren on field together would have defenses in a blender

And he doesn’t kill his own teammates!

They should include a package that has both Mallory and Warren on the field

Stricken will.deactivate Mallory the majority of Sundays... as usual

In their….” Win” ? Huh?

What percentage of snaps did Mallory play?

Win?

Yup! Colts won 20-13 behind rushing touchdowns from McGowan and Richardson

Preseason.
