One of the biggest shames from the Colts last year is that they didn't get a ton of time using Adetomiwa Adebawore and DeForest Buckner as the 1-2 interior rush punch. Really only got it for like 4 weeks once Indy unleashed Tomi on pass downs and before Buckner's injury

Mark Glowinski is exactly as I remembered.. some issues in pass pro but a plus run blocker that is an elite athlete. Love seeing the vet starting in Indy again

Jonathan Taylor's 83 yard touchdown run was a showcase of special speed and explosion from a superstar running back.. But look at this speed and hustle from Alec Pierce on the backside to make the final block on the play. This is winning football from a team

It always amazes me how explosive Jalen Travis is for a 6'8" 330 pound player. Look how quick he is out of his stance on this play (this is the same play shown twice, just slowed down in the first clip)

Quenton Nelson finding work and crushing Dalvin Tomlinson in pass pro

I wish the NFL had a true minor league system for players like George Gumbs Jr. Could ideally send him down and get him snaps while asking him to add some weight and work on his hands. He probably needs a redshirt season in 2026 to bulk up a bit, but there's some real juice here

Zack Moss showing a little burst on this TD run... AR draws the safety to the backside on the read option give while Will Fries and Quenton Nelson pick up huge blocks on the linebackers. Beautiful zone read

Really impressive rep by Darrell Baker Jr in press this past Saturday. Step kick technique. Doesn't give up ground at the snap, initiates contact while shading inside, wins the leverage battle and nearly comes up with the INT on the slant route. A++

91 driving me insane all preseason

Tyler Warren fullback highlights. I doubt there is anybody playing the position at a more impactful level around the league. The Colts average 6.7 yards per rush with him lined up at fullback this season! First Team All-Pro Fullback

Will Mallory was the cheat code for the Colts in their win over the Patriots on Thursday. He hauled in 6 receptions, including a few down the field shots from Anthony Richardson. Shane Steichen is too good of a play-caller to not use Mallory more this season

Colts' rookie guard Jalen Farmer was awesome in the win over the Patriots. Bruiser in the run game, but I really liked what he showed in pass protection. Strong hands and Sparano will have hi simplifying his approach in year one. Should be the primary backup OL in 2026

I wasn't the biggest fan of Caden Curry as a true edge rusher prospect, but I was intrigued by some of his reps at 3-tech at Ohio State. Glad the Colts gave him some interior run on Thursday. 1 sack, 1 QB hit, and 2 PBU's rushing inside

In my opinion, Tanor Bortolini was one of the top 5 centers in football last season. Elite run blocker and an above average pass blocker in his first season as a starter at just 23 years old. Hopefully some national recognition comes his way with another leap in 2026

I know people like to question the value of guards in the NFL, but Quenton Nelson's impact on the Colts is felt every Sunday. I love that their go-to short yardage, goal line, close out run call under Steichen is simply "get Nelson in space and run behind him"

This might be the most impressive throw I've seen from a non-Andrew Luck QB in my time covering the Colts and it may not be Anthony Richardson's best throw of this game. Unreal velocity on this seam shot and beautiful pre-snap recognition of the defender's leverage:

Been watching some CJ Allen 2024 tape today to see what he looked like as a 19 year old starter in the SEC... My kind of linebacker. Physical yet patient player that flies all over the field and finishes plays. Looked like an NFL-ready guy at such a young age

Mo Alie-Cox quietly had one of his better seasons in years. Tyler Warren allowed him to focus on just being a blocker and an occasional high leverage catch guy, and he thrived. Really hope the Colts bring him back in free agency this offseason

Arizona State RT Max Iheanachor is super interesting to me. Excellent size and athleticism and gets a lot of wins purely due to that combo. Footwork and hands can be messy as hell though and lead to some losses. A bit boom or bust if your OL coach can set him right

Damien Martinez is the ideal rotational running back for the Colts. Indy wants to live in 11 personnel with bigger backs running into lighter boxes. Martinez is in a similar size mold as Trey Sermon/Zack Moss but offers more juice and upside
