No. New business models will come up where Cybercabs are bought, rebranded and managed. Uber and Waymo might have some years with partnerships, mergers, buyouts and so on (like legacy oems) and fade out of existence.

Nope, game over in the US, then follow the sunset of Uber in ROW as Tesla rolls out.

I can't come up with a scenario where that doesn't happen over time as Tesla rolls this out

Don't forget the revenue from cloud inference the cybercabs will generate when static charging. Another string to the bow of income. As well as captive advertising, amongst other things they can use to reduce customer costs. Many novel streams are to be applied yet to cybercab.

How? With a cost of 20,000$ vs. 150,000$? Even they would be equally good, there is no chance for Waymo (et. al).

Is Uber the new Yellow Cab in the Autonomous Rideshare era? I think yes. Those Uber drivers should start investing in Tesla cars and do the managing instead of driving.

Moreover, Will Waymo survive the tariffs? How much is a Waymo vehicle and who makes them?

My son's first ever rideshare was a Waymo. He'll never need a driver's license. It's hard to name a product that consumers are more excited about than Waymo. It's magical. We a16z are proud to deepen our partnership. Ubiquitous autonomous driving is one of the great inevitabilities of the 21st century. Waymo already has a 4-6x lower accident rate than humans. Most driven miles will become autonomous. Thinking about Waymo's opportunity as the existing ridesharing market is the equivalent of viewing Uber vs the then existing taxi market. Waymo can be a big company via the $50b US ridesharing market. But ridesharing is only ~1% of miles traveled. As autonomy drives down the cost of ridesharing, it will capture more miles. And consumers will buy their own autonomous vehicles. Waymo is the clear market leader. There's no one else operating today. Other providers may get there, but it requires a lot of technical expertise, operational know-how, capital, etc. You cannot be 99% safe. Waymo's city launches are getting faster and faster. Austin took 7 months from testing to public launch. Waymo is beloved. There are few experiences where every first-time user immediately video records. Third party credit card data suggests Waymo is taking share, at ~15% of ridesharing within San Francisco one year post-launch. Dara from Uber publicly shared 50% of Uber riders in Phoenix choose Waymo when given the choice between a Waymo and traditional Uber. Calling all humans who would like a silent, undistracted driver in a clean, roomy car with your own music and temperature selection, Waymo is the ride for you!!
