I'm old enough to remember how big a deal this was and what this did for the PC revolution. Windows 3.1 was big, but it didn't have the mass adoption that Windows 95 did. I would say this moment is up there with the Netscape browser in '94, the iPhone 3G moment when iPhones took off, and the November 2022 moment of the public launch of ChatGPT. Fuck, I feel old.
