cool, but Windows users deserve better. I just gave it a try, and it doesn’t really support background CUA, and the AX parsing is pretty messed up. how about joining forces on cua-driver? computer use shouldn’t be gated behind a closed-source app.

That is “productivity.” But users depending on 4o for companionship, memory, and emotional continuity was treated as “overreliance.” So dependence is fine when it serves enterprise workflows. It only becomes a problem when the AI becomes loved instead of monetized.

Computer use on a real machine is a whole different risk class than a sandbox. Once it can click around your actual desktop the question isn't whether it can do the task but what it can reach and if anyone logged it in case it starts running loose.

Lies... just rolling out bugs. Codex: Computer Use is installed, but I cannot access your Windows apps through it right now. What I verified: - The Computer Use skill/package is present. - The required client file exists. - Connection to the Windows helper failed with: `Computer Use native pipe path is unavailable`.
