Emergency at Tottenham 🚨 With Nottingham Forest set to win again tonight, it is now truly make or break as Tottenham travel to Wolves tomorrow. This is a combination setup from their training session this morning as they prepared for one of the biggest games in their recent history. A combination practice where players have to move the ball quickly using one or two touches at each point. Set up side by side, teams compete to score in mini goals, with the first to hit the target winning the round. 🔥 Quality first touch ⚡️ One or two touch play 🏃 Timing of movement 🎯 Weight and accuracy of pass 🔄 Sharp combinations Get 1000's more training session plans via our website #RobertoDeZerbi #DeZerbiBall #SoccerDrills #FootballTraining #PlayerDevelopment

“The entire team is bought in to Ben Johnson’s winning ways.” 🐻 With training camp almost over and football kicking off soon, we caught up with Chicago Bears Colston Loveland about the journey that took him from Idaho to Michigan to NFL stardom. From winning a National Championship with Jim Harbaugh to becoming a first-round pick in Chicago, Colston opens up about the sacrifices that shaped him and why he believes this Bears team is ready to take the next step. He talks Ben Johnson’s mindset, the Caleb Williams effect, the energy inside the Bears locker room, last season’s comebacks, the rivalry with Green Bay and the team’s mentality heading into a season with one goal: 🏆 Bring a Lombardi Trophy to Chicago. #WATCH | Scotland | Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2026 | On Indian Para Shot Putter Shilpa K Shyla winning the bronze medal in the women's shot put F57 event, her coach says, "... Shilpa's stars were good and she had also trained well. In this same event, our Sharmila won gold. Both Sharmila and Shilpa trained at the same location, the Sports Authority of India (SAI) in Bengaluru... It is a wonderful moment for Indian Para-athletics... There is immense talent in India's rural areas. On Shilpa's behalf, I extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you. Shilpa has trained exceptionally well over the last six months with the goal of winning a Commonwealth medal. She performed even better here than she did during her training. As her coach, I am personally very happy... Shilpa also has a chance to win a medal at the upcoming Para Asian Games."

And then I met Loic Thor⚡️🪓 aka “French Thor” who said “I can die now” after meeting me 💪🏾🇫🇷 Don’t die brother. Keep kicking ass. Fuck Chris Hemsworth. Kiddin - love you Chris 🥰🤣 Good to meet you, my friend, thank you for all the kind words and thank you and the gym members for being so patient and cool. I know it sounds corny AF, but being kind and good to people is truly the easiest (and best) part of my job. Plus being an asshole to people takes too much effort, and I ain’t got time for that 🤣 See you in the states big man when you earn your Pro Card!🥇 au revoir 👊🏾 * big shout to ON AIR FITNESS in Paris for the great training session 🏋🏽‍♂️🇫🇷

Trump cancels award winning children's musical on Day 1 as Chair of Kennedy Center. Trump is afraid to let you see "Finn"—a shark's coming of age story—so I'm posting it here. Here are the scary lyrics.👇 🎶If we learn how to live by the golden rule. You and me we can swim with our chosen school. Cause you know we are part of the same sea crew. Yea, it's true! All ya gotta be is you!🎶 The musical was nominated just last week for Best New Play or Musical. The show had been so successful that the Kennedy Center planned a two-year long national tour—something that had already been thought through, budgeted, and planned for. From the creator of "Doc McStuffins" and "Vampirina," the children's musical " Finn" follows a young shark who dreams of following in his family's footsteps by joining the prestigious Shark Guard. #DemVoice1 #wtpBLUE #DemsUnited

The biggest thing that's kept me fit at almost 43 (on 0 TRT, peptides etc) is the MINDSET OF NO ZEROES! Today I met a dear friend & his wife for breakfast & had a ton of dad & work responsibilities. I would have had to wake up at 4am to get to the gym & my son woke me up at 230am :) I used to skip these days & because I skipped the gym EAT WORSE. Consistency over everything! NO ZEROES. I ripped off 12 sets of eccentric pull-ups this being my last.... it was sloppy I know I was cooked :) Few sets of abs in between. I'll do a couple walking client calls & eat sensibly & that's WINNING! Most of us dads aren't trying to be pro athletes we just want to: •Look good. •Have more energy. •Less chance of disease. •More testosterone & confidence. •Our wives to want to initiate s3x with us. Don't put up zeroes & you'll get it!! Have the best day! 💪🤝

Mindset is everything. And this is why I win every single day. Because I show up for myself like I say I’m going to do. No excuses. Even with the devastating reality of tearing my ACL one week prior, I knew I couldn’t give up. I wanted it more than ever now. And I was determined to do it. What a journey to the WBFF it has been! This has been a goal of mine for several years now and last night it finally became a reality. Coming in 1st place and going pro in my first show was the cherry on top. Winning this pro card meant everything. I’m officially a TWO SPORT PRO ATHLETE! 🙌🏽 Between wrestling, traveling, training, meal prepping, running a marathon, doing music videos, dropping my debut album, and getting married, this year has been INSANE! So many wonderful blessings. I thank God everyday for this beautiful life 🙌🏽 Enjoy this little video vlog recap of some crowd shots from the show while we wait for official stage photos and videos. So excited to share with you all. #WBFF #ProAthlete #WBFFProFitnessDiva #ProCard #FitModel

Nothing exemplifies "Winning Beyond Boundaries" more than an Olympic Gold medal 🏅 We're ending Season 3 of the Blume Podcast with a bang! In the 10th and the last episode of this season, Karthik Reddy (Karthik Reddy) sat down with Olympic Gold medalist, World Champion, and Asia's beacon of excellence in athletics - Neeraj Chopra (Neeraj Chopra). 💪 From a small town in Haryana to shattering European dominance in javelin throw, Neeraj's journey perfectly embodies S3's theme of Winning Beyond Boundaries. In this candid conversation, he opens up about: • His mischievous childhood & unconventional entry into sports • The mindset behind handling victories and near-misses • The Gold medal moment and everything that he did to reach there • What it takes to compete and win against the best in the world • His partnership with his coaches and how he trains • Why he believes children should be allowed to be naughty A big thanks to Vinay Singhal (Vinay Singhal (stage.in)), co-founder of STAGE, and the entire STAGE team for making this episode happen 🙏 (and for graciously letting us use their beautiful office for many hours on a Saturday). STAGE (a Blume Fund IV company) is revolutionizing the Indian entertainment landscape by bringing authentic regional content to millions. Neeraj is their brand ambassador, a perfect partnership celebrating India's cultural heritage. Thanks to IDFC FIRST Bank for being our annual partner. Watch the story of Neeraj Chopra and discover what’s possible with resilience, confidence, and unshakable self-belief. Or, in Neeraj's words "यही एडवाइस है—खुद पर बिलीव रखो और सही मेहनत करो!” Watch the full episode here or on YouTube (link in comments). Karthik Reddy Ashish Fafadia Sajith Pai Sanjay Nath Arpit Agarwal Ria Shroff Desai sarita raichura Alok Mehta Mitul Mehta Rohit Kaul Deepika Gautham S Vignesh Aditya Kuber PS: On his first day of school, little Neeraj threw his books into a well and went off to play. Who knew this mischievous kid would one day throw a javelin into Olympic history! 😄

Over the next 8 weeks, I’ll be training my creative team on EVERYTHING they need to know about using AI to make ads. Jimmy slagle and I have decided to open the doors and sell access to these live trainings for those looking to make more winning ads with AI. We’ll be covering: - Prompting techniques to generate headlines and scripts that convert - Building workflows in tools like Gumloop and Poppy that know your brand inside-out - How to use AI research tools like DeepResearch and Reddit Answers to surface relevant insights instantly - Breakdowns of real prompts that led to high-performing ads - Step-by-step training on how to create static and motion ads using tools like Flux, Kling, and ChatGPT Image Gen - How to create AI knowledge bases that your whole team can use - Becoming your team’s go-to AI expert (even if you're not technical) - What tools are coming next (like Veo 3 and Sora-style video generation) and how to prepare for the future …basically all the skills we think you’ll need to become an AI-first Creative Strategist. Enterprise brands pay us $1,000/hr to teach this stuff. But we’re giving you access to 8x sessions for just $1,499. And you’ll also get our SOPs, Prompt Libraries and exclusive AI trainings. The first live session is on June 12th, then they’re every Thursday for 8 weeks. to see the full curriculum and book your spot.
