If you value your time, don’t go for CNG vehicle 🚗 ⛽️ It’s waste of time and pain in refuelling. Even at 1 AM, the line for CNG is insane … Before someone comments - No it’s not related to energy crisis. It’s a daily thing for years #Travel

4 months strong. I am sitting at 190lbs. Hit a reefed today. Macros (daily) 180-190grams of protein 180-190grams of carbs Less than 60grams of fat Peptide stack: Retatrutide: 5mg weekly Tesamorelin: 2mg every morning (I used to take it every night but in the morning works best for me) MOTS-C: 9mg (split dose, 3mg mon wed fri) BPC-157: 1mg every night Still need to drop 20lbs. Can barely see my abs but my goal is mobility. I been in the gym for four months after being away from the weights / gym for four years. I train 4-5 days a week. I take no energy back home with me. I train until failure and I love negatives. I don’t feel an age over 30 since being on this peptide journey.

In 2020 I entered a summer shredding contest. This was my gameplan to go from 18% body fat to 10% or less body fat in 12 weeks: (Applicable no matter where you’re starting, bookmark this) 1. Eat bodyweight (in lbs) x 10-12 calories daily (more on higher activity days, less on lower) 2. Eat 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight (if you’re starting more overweight you can aim for goal bodyweight) 3. 10K+ steps daily and progressively more cardio sessions (0 - month 1, 2-3x45 minutes/wk month 2, 5-6x45 minutes month 3) 4. Lifted 5x/week on a push, pull, legs, rest, upper, lower, rest split with a focus on: - every set ending near failure - fighting to get stronger week by week - managing volume (less volume towards end of the cut for recovery) 5. Limited alcohol to only a few drinks/month 6. Slept 7 hours/night minimum 7. 5g creatine daily 8. Drank around a .75-1 gallon of water + electrolytes daily 9. Refeed days (bodyweight x 15 calorie goal), 1x/wk in month 3 The framework is really this simple to drop body fat. Adjustments will need to be made based on biofeedback & weight data. If you aren’t losing at a rate of 0.5-1% bodyweight per week, you must: - increase your average weekly movement (steps or cardio minutes) - and/or decrease your average weekly calorie intake. Hope this helps guide you to a leaner version of yourself. 🤝

No one ever wants to be known for cancer. But if we help one person feel less alone, opening up is worth it. We are inspired daily by Canadians across the country doing hard things. In the last 4 days, I had 2 surgeries, and I have a NEW HIP! Time to buckle down and train.

My grandma is 96 YEARS OLD. She’s full of energy & talks very fast for hours non-stop. She scrolls on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp. Her secret? - Walks 5km daily. (stopped last year to due back pain) - Goes to the beach daily every summer (south Italy) - Had 5 children - Never smoked or drank alcohol - No restaurants - Doesn’t eat much processed food - Lots of REAL extravirgin olive oil - Ate lots of legumes & raw eggs as a teen - Her diet is mostly bread/pasta, dairy, fruit, seafood/meat However… she also: - Drinks coffee daily - Takes meds to lower her blood pressure (for 20 years) - Took lots of medications when she was younger for headaches - Got the 💉 It’s also important to keep in mind that: - WOMEN on average live 5-6 years longer than men. - For every child they have, women live an extra 6 months - She is quite short (1.55m, today around 1.50m), which makes a longer life more likely The video below is from 2022

You buy a multimillion dollar home on a nice quiet lake so you can live a nice peaceful life! Or so you thought. Turns out your neighbor is a good time guy with a loud speed boat who loves to rip it up on the water daily. This is not what you had in mind and is ruining the experience for you. Should you have done more research on the rules of the lake like “no wake” zones or spent more time seeing what kind of boats went by?! Or should you learn to live with it knowing you bought a lake front property and boats are allowed.

🚨 READ THIS TWICE. THEN THINK. 🚨 THEY PRINT MONEY WITH NO LIMIT. OUT OF THIN AIR. NO BACKING. NO SACRIFICE. YOU, ON THE OTHER HAND… TRADE TIME. TRADE ENERGY. TRADE YOUR ENTIRE LIFE FOR IT. THIS ISN’T AN ECONOMY. IT’S AN EXTRACTION SYSTEM. DEBT IS THE LEASH. INFLATION IS THE TAX. IGNORANCE IS THE CAGE. THE BIGGEST SCAM ISN’T MONEY. IT’S MAKING YOU BELIEVE THIS IS “NORMAL.” THE SYSTEM IS UPSIDE DOWN — AND IT’S FAILING. A NEW RAIL IS BEING BUILT. A NEW STANDARD IS FORMING. WAKE UP BEFORE THE RESET MAKES THE CHOICE FOR YOU.

This run is not easy. Every morning I wake up knowing that 60-70 km are waiting for me. Some days it’s the heat, some days it’s the rain, and some days it’s my own body asking me to stop. Now I have entered Central India, and the next big milestone is Nagpur. Maharashtra is welcoming me with peak summer temperatures, and every mile feels harder under this scorching sun. But I am not running because it’s easy. I am running because I have a dream bigger than my excuses. Kanyakumari to Karakoram is testing me every single day, but every mile is making me stronger. My mindset is simple, keep moving, no matter how hard it gets. The road to Karakoram is still long, but I am ready, comes my way. #RunAcrossIndia #kanyakumaritokarakoram #SufiRunner

My daily swimmaxing routine: - every morning before work, 7am, 30 min - another one in the evening after work, 7-8pm - best stress relief I’ve found (on par with lifting) - bad day just dissolves once I’m in the water - sleep is deeper, next day I’ve more energy - also for me salty water helps more vs fresh water so I stick to the sea/ocean when I can, but in winter a pool will do too Took a while to build the habit (sometimes I feel lazy) but now I can’t skip it. The video is from this morning.

I hit rock bottom, waking up hungover & 400lbs+ getting an error on my scale. In 2022 I flew for the 1st time since covid Had to ask for a seat belt extender High blood pressure single, alone & lonely Pre diabetes Couldn't get my weight Sleep apnea Binge eating daily Resting heart rate 117 Day drinking every weekend Low fertility Battling credit card debt ($60k+) Today, I’m driving my wife & six month old to his first Easter egg hunt, Easter church tomorrow at my mother in laws, the church my wife grew up in, in rural GA. Next week my parents are visiting and Im taking a few days off to spend with all of them. I’m not done yet. I’ve got a long way to go. But No more error No more extender No more high blood pressure No more pre diabetes No more single, alone & lonely No more credit card debt No more low fertility No more drinking or binge eating Life is good, God is great 🙏
