#BREAKING: India comes to the rescue of Afghan refugees thrown out by Pakistan against all humanitarian norms. India has donated aid of food items to the repatriated Afghan Refugees from Pakistan, the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation of Afghanistan said in a statement. The statement added that Indian aid included eleven types of food items which will be distributed amongst around 5000 families in various phases.

ICE deports pet parents—leaving their cat behind toothless and abandoned. Cat was just left to fend for himself by ICE agents—luckily a kind neighbor rescued him and brought him to local shelter. Nobody knows his given name—or how he became toothless—so the shelter named him George. The married couple who adopted him, who go by "saltandpepper_tails," are even trying to speak Spanish to George in hopes of making him feel more comfortable. They also wrote, "Someone should make a website for all the pets of people kidnapped by ICE so people can see if their babies are ok once they are in a place to check." The pet rescue took place at a Petco in southern Utah. #DemsUnited

Everything that you need to know about Pets in CS2 ‼️ - You get an Egg as a weekly drop from Weekly Care Package, and it takes one week or so (7 days or more) for it to hatch into a chick. - Pets require Chicken Feed to remain around and you get that through the Weekly Care Packages. And yes, your pet will leave you if it isn't fed. - Lifecycle of a Pet: Egg -> Chick -> Pullet -> Hen - As your Pet grows, it becomes progressively more integrated with the game: younger stages (Chick) are restricted, while an older pet (Pullet) can accompany you in your matches. - You will be able to name or rename your Pet and its history is preserved in a HatchBook. - The HatchBook will have history of all your pets, which are no longer with you. It's auto-generated. - There's a Photo Booth where you can take your Pet's Photo in poses, filters, hats, effects (fire/lightning/confetti) and unlockable map stages. - Certain photo poses, locations and activities are restricted until the Pet reaches the required age/maturity. - Also, there are milestones, birthdays, special interactions that you can celebrate with your Pet. - Your pet has its own achievement/progression flags like Warehouse unlocks simply when the pet reaches Pullet (level 2). At Fortnum & Mason, The King met representatives from Alliance Food Sourcing, as well as food rescue charities and manufacturers. His Majesty was also shown examples of the meals that have been created from surplus food and provided to communities in need. Thanks to a great number of partners, including food rescue charities FareShare and thefelixproject, The Coronation Food Project has saved almost 5000 tonnes of surplus food – the equivalent of 11 million meals.

The facility, developed by Franzpets Retreat, forms part of an expansion of the business which has transitioned from a grooming-only operation into a multi-service pet care provider offering grooming, boarding, daycare, a pet parent café, and a retail store.

People who do this to animals should be treated the same! This infuriates me. My son worked at a Veterinary clinic while in college and he said these types of stories are way too common. He would come home some days completely disgusted with how many people treat their pets. Please don’t get a pet unless you have the time, the patience and the love to care for your pets! They are NOT disposable property. They actually love you.

Our support against the heinous Cat Meat Trade China December 17th, 2024, Shanghai Cat Car was intercepted The cat car was successfully intercepted and is now being taken over by Shanghai Oasis. The cats are on their way to the base. It's rescuer Chris who rescued these cats! The cats' specific number and physical condition are not yet known. There are many cats. The Shanghai Cat Car is in urgent need of volunteers at the rescue base. Also, the follow-up resettlement of stolen pets requires a large number of volunteers to support and help at the base. I joined Channels TV earlier today to discuss the recent rescue of the Oyo State abductees. While congratulating and commending the Federal Government on this successful operation, I also called on the Government to prioritize the rescue of the four different groups currently being held in captivity in Borno State. Every Nigerian life matters, and every abductee deserves the same urgency, commitment, and determination toward securing their safe return. I remain hopeful that sustained efforts will bring these victims home safely and reunite them with their families.

Thank you Chicago for helping the Texas flood areas! PAWS Chicago - DISASTER RELIEF: “Late last night, our first of two transports from Texas arrived, bringing pets from shelters affected by the July 4 flash floods in the Texas Hill Country. These 22 dogs were in shelters before the floods began, and by bringing them to Chicago, those shelters now have more room to help the pets who were displaced by the storms and reunite lost pets with their families. Yesterday, these pups were flown into Nebraska on a Wings of Rescue flight from Concho Valley PAWS, a rescue organization based in San Angelo, Texas. Our volunteers were standing by to greet them and begin the final leg of their journey-driving more than 500 miles to bring them safely to our Medical Center. Today, they'll be seen by our vets and start the care they need to become adoption ready here in Chicago. And tomorrow, we will receive another transport flight from Austin Pets Alive!—a rescue organization that has been on the ground since the flooding began, supporting overwhelmed Texas shelters in the hardest-hit communities.” I hope and pray they all find their happy and loving forever homes.
