I'm not convinced by Pape. The idea Iran is stronger now is a nonsense. They have lost much of their strategic depth and are relying on a tactic that will drive themselves broke. They can't properly rearm. They can't ever really rebuild.

Unbelievably disingenuous to suggest Israel did anything without planning with the USA ahead of time. Israel did absolutely nothing without the full knowledge and complete agreement of the USA. It comes from the kind of news they were exposed to and the anger they felt. I myself probably wouldn’t do the same thing that person did to us. 🦖: What I want is for people to look more at the reality of what is happening, what actually occurred between Thailand and Cambodia. And to try to understand it, because in truth, ordinary people like us, and people on the Cambodian side as well, are directly affected by this situation. But this is not something we should be blaming or attacking each other over.

There is a topic coming up again and again in health right now, and peptides are at the centre of it which has made me want to understand what is actually going on… When I told my team I wanted to do an episode on peptides, they sent me a long list of doctors I could speak to but there was one person they kept coming back to. That person was Dr Alex Tatum. And after this conversation, I understood why. Haerin: Personally, I’m deeply grateful to the people around me who have helped me grow mentally and made me feel alive. I want to continue working with those people going forward. But I truly can’t understand this situation where outside forces are constantly interfering with us and trying to block us. I don’t understand it… and I feel like I’m being forced to try to understand it. What exactly is supposed to be “for our benefit”? What does it even mean to help us grow? I honestly just cannot understand it at all. And why do our fans, our Bunnies, who found comfort in us and built happy, joyful memories together with us, have to go through something like this? Why do they have to worry about things they shouldn’t even have to worry about? I feel so sorry, and it feels like such a waste. On top of that, they even brought up the work that represented the relationship between us and Bunnies… the things that allowed us to coexist and support each other. At this point, we don’t want to hear anything else. And I… I don’t want to conform to, agree with, or follow the values of the society those people belong to. That’s not the direction I believe in at all. That’s why I chose not to go down that path.

Around 20% of the population display antisocial behaviour as a consistent part of their personality That statistic made me think about how good we ACTUALLY are at knowing who we can trust.. Because the people who manipulate us rarely introduce themselves as manipulative. They can be charming, confident, persuasive and for a while, very convincing. So I wanted to understand what we should actually be looking for. Leanne ten Brinke is a psychology professor and the founder of the Truth and Trust Lab. She has spent almost two decades studying psychopaths, narcissists and manipulators across prisons, workplaces and politics. What I found particularly interesting about Leanne’s work is how practical it is. She studies the small patterns in someone’s behaviour that can tell you much more than the confidence or charisma they show you. Leanne explained that what matters far more is consistency and the point is to become better at recognising repeated patterns of behaviour and knowing which ones you shouldn’t ignore. That’s the question I kept coming back to in this conversation with Daniel Kokotajlo. Daniel was an Artificial Intelligence (AI) safety researcher at OpenAI who walked away from the company because he was deeply concerned by the speed at which superintelligence was being built and whether the people building it had a real plan to keep it under control. Back in 2021, Daniel made specific predictions about what AI would look like by 2026 and many of them have already happened. Now he’s looking ahead at what he believes could happen before the end of this decade and it’s something I think everyone running a business, building a career, or simply living in the modern world needs to understand. Daniel isn’t speaking like someone trying to scare people - he’s speaking like someone who has spent years looking at the raw data, the incentives, the corporations, the governments and the ACTUAL speed of progress. We discussed things like: - Why he chose to leave OpenAI and speak publicly. - Why he believes superintelligence could arrive in the next few years. - How AI could fundamentally change jobs, the economy and the military. - The race between companies and countries makes this so difficult to control. - What ordinary people should actually do right now to prepare. - Whether there is still a way to prevent this from going badly. I was shocked to learn that in some studies, up to 27% of people on birth control report a decrease in their libido or sex drive. And yet, how many people are ACTUALLY talking about this? That’s why today I’m sitting down with Dr Rachel Rubin. Rachel is a board-certified urologist and sexual medicine specialist and one of ONLY 80 doctors in the US trained to treat both male and female sexual health. Before we started recording, Rachel said “I’m filled with rage”… She explained that people are being denied basic information about their bodies, hormones, sexual health and the treatments that could improve their quality of life… I said to Rachel in this conversation that it’s staggering that so many women are still being let down by the medical system. It makes you think - if men were in this exact situation, would this be the case? We discussed things like: - Why so many women are told their symptoms are normal when they are actually treatable. - Why Testosterone is not just a male hormone. - How hormones can affect UTIs, libido, pain during sex and overall quality of life. - If doctors are properly trained in women’s sexual health. - Why men need to understand the main topic of this episode too. What became clear to me is that this isn’t just a conversation about sex. It’s about health, relationships, confidence, ageing, pain, shame and the way people feel in their own bodies. At the end of the conversation I told Rachel that there are very few people who have her credibility and experience, with her ability to explain these subjects in a way people can actually understand. That’s why today I’m sitting down with Dr Rachel Rubin. Rachel is a board-certified urologist and sexual medicine specialist and one of ONLY 80 doctors in the US trained to treat both male and female sexual health. Before we started recording, Rachel said “I’m filled with rage”… She explained that people are being denied basic information about their bodies, hormones, sexual health and the treatments that could improve their quality of life… I said to Rachel in this conversation that it’s staggering that so many women are still being let down by the medical system. It makes you think - if men were in this exact situation, would this be the case? We discussed things like: - Why so many women are told their symptoms are normal when they are actually treatable. - Why Testosterone is not just a male hormone. - How hormones can affect UTIs, libido, pain during sex and overall quality of life. - If doctors are properly trained in women’s sexual health. - Why men need to understand the main topic of this episode too. What became clear to me is that this isn’t just a conversation about sex. It’s about health, relationships, confidence, ageing, pain, shame and the way people feel in their own bodies. At the end of the conversation I told Rachel that there are very few people who have her credibility and experience, with her ability to explain these subjects in a way people can actually understand. Today is the launch day for my new book, How Countries Go Broke: The Big Cycle. I wrote this book because I believe now is a critical time when it comes to the global debt burden. Atiku can win this election, and I’m very confident about it. From what I’m seeing in the North, Zamfara may be the only state Atiku could struggle to share with the APC. But what I’m seeing in the North right now is only fighting that can make Tinubu win because people are not happy with what is happening. As for Peter Obi, I honestly don’t see him winning the election based on the current political structure. Any serious politician who looks at the numbers and the structure on ground will understand that the strongest Northern challenger is Kwankwaso, and even he is heavily dependent on Kano. Before now, we could talk about Kano, Katsina and Jigawa as strong Kwankwaso northern bases. But the political landscape has changed. Many of the people and structures from these areas are now with the ADC. When the NDC emerged, they didn’t move there they remained with the ADC. Ceasefire now, people say. But what does that actually mean? So ceasefire is what we've had on October 6th and what we all want, obviously. But President Biden said it best. Ceasefire and a hostage deal, he said, is at the hands of Hamas. President Biden said that Israel put down a rational offer because Israel is a rational country. The problem is that Hamas is not a rational actor. It is a genocidal Jihadi terrorist organization that doesn't care about the lives of Palestinians. And people in the West have been yelling ceasefire now at the wrong side of this war. Hamas has rejected countless ceasefires. Hamas and Iran are not trying to build a better life for the Palestinian people. You have to understand what Hamas and Iran are doing right now is they're actively trying to inflame the entire Middle East right before the holy month of Ramadan, which as President Biden said is going to be very, very dangerous. And this is exactly what they are after. There is currently a multi-front war going on in Israel in which Israel is being attacked by Jihadi terrorists from all sides, all prompted, pushed, and sponsored by Iran. Hamas, according to what was published, said that they have Israel exactly where they want her. That means the international pressure is on Israel to stop the war so that Hamas can remain in power in Gaza. So if you're calling at Israel to ceasefire, you're doing the bidding of Hamas. Hamas does not want to ceasefire. They're going to do whatever it takes in order to maintain power, including hiding in the elaborated tunnel system that they build instead of building a Palestinian state and remain in power at the cost of Israeli children and Palestinian children.
