Btw: These are the graphs for the IK controller at the bottom. It's just simple elastic key frames placed at specific spots 😉

Hehe... When seeing it step by step it's easy. Mostly it's a simple leg from top left to bottom right. Just with a few more connected bones. The mechanical objects make it look more complex than it actually is 😉
