I play on PS5 and I have exactly those problems with the fps drop, it's very annoying and it's only in that "open world" part.

The open field stage is rough because the game wasn't designed to be made into such a large stage. Even before 2.0 Lumina Square is very laggy for me even though I got a very decent laptop to play with.

Barely had any issues before the update. Now (especially when exploring the new area) my game keeps stuttering and lagging. Hopefully they fix it soon.
