I have not seen models this locked in and consistent on a major winter storm this far out in a long time. It is not hype. The ice storm aspect of this in Texas to Alabama will be major to locally extreme impact.

While I am 90% sure, this is a controlled Upstream Dam release flow on the Coquitlam River. The water levels will not come down by much here if at all before tonight. Water levels are going to get very close, if not worse than the October 18-20, 2024 Atmospheric River Storm. For those of us in the Tri-Cities, you know how bad that storm was in our area as a couple people tragically died in that storm during a landslide. #bcstorm
