Finally! But how about paying people a fair wage to prevent them from needing sick leave in the first place? Meanwhile, the royals get paid to do nothing. 👑💸

Might be unpopular this opinion. But it's very common to miscarry these things happen. A few days off then back to work is all you need till your body gets better. Talking from experience I've had three miscarriages

Very sad Evidence shows that covid vaccines aggressively boosted miscarriage rates @GMB why don’t you ask @RCObsGyn @theRCN about the evidence based links between covid vaccines & miscarriages? Check with @ClareCraigPath @hartgroup_org @naomirwolf @Jikkyleaks @CMO_England etc

I had 3 miscarriages in 1970’s & 80’s . One at 18 wks.Back at work after 3 days .The mantra was what is not right nature takes away .I am not saying it not distressing but too much is made of it. There was no IVF. Mental health was not involved ,it was natural. Thats my story

ALL WILD FIRES ARE MAN MADE, stop with the fear mongering!!!! No fire has been started by “The Sun”

This is great news ! I had to go to the doctors every week to be given a sick certificate when I lost my little boy at 20 weeks…… we are getting there #maxslegacy💙🐻🌈

It’s a draconian system as far as empathy is concerned. You are expected to return to work within days. Also, if hospitalised women are put on wards with mums and babies!!

I lost my son at 18 weeks & ended up leaving my job as they were so unsupportive. I never returned. I almost died & needed 6 pints of blood. So unsupportive & alone. We need change!

When I had my miscarriage I was off for a week ‘sick’ I then had to have a return to work and because my ‘sick’ was over the recommended limit for my work I was asked what I could to do differently to mitigate this happening again. Very traumatic.

And how many woman will abuse this 🤔 Once the pregnancy is confirmed yeah, but a missed/late period is not always a baby
