Becoming an elite thrower doesn’t happen by accident. Here are two more catch-play drills from our “Spin Cycle” progression that teach players how to make throws when the play takes their eyes and body away from the target. These are 2 of the 20 throwing drills my teams execute daily in progression. I promise they work. When taught correctly and reinforced every day, players gain confidence, make more plays, and ultimately help teams win more games. My least favorite play call of the day for the #Rams. Totally agreed with going for it on 4th and 1 here. Totally agreed with running. What I didn't agree with was running right at Beaux Limmer's side who was a total liability in this game and the postseason game. Not to mention using your best blocker at WR as a decoy instead of letting him help. Puzzling to say the least.

GG Jackson, who has been playing the drums since age 2, still plays in a church band at his hometown church where his father is pastor. This week, 57 members of the congregation took a bus from South Carolina to Memphis to play with Jackson & attend a Grizzlies game. Jackson: “My father is a pastor, so I was raised in the church. God blessed me with, not just the ability to play basketball, but the drums as well. I could play for the angels! I started playing the drums when I was 2 or 3. Prime reason why you shouldn’t play star players in a pre season game. 7-8 pre season games is beyond dumb. Playing guys for what? To have minor league guys run around looking to make an impression? If I was a GM I’d let my core of 5-8 players maybe play 2 exhibitions. I’d sacrifice them being a bit rusty games 1-3 in the regular season vs risking serious injury from some dipshit running around like a chicken with his chin cut off. And I’m not faulting those guys either (the guys trying to make the team) they have a job to do too. Jobs are won within these games. But Makar takes one up high last night, Cooley gets stapled. Both don’t return. Asset protection folks that’s business 101. I can help teach some of these GM’s if needed. - People’s

Out of ewc. What a perfect way to go out as well. Thinking that i have 0 idea how to play fighting games LOL. Everything i learned my entire life was thrown out the window in that losers match. And with that, time to never turn on fatal fury ever again!!! Right before ENC imma play the game for a couple hours, but thats it. The game patched me out of existence. SNK just doesnt like my style of play, and honestly, im ok with that. Im glad at evo japan I was able to show everyone how good I am, and im glad i was able to qualify for this event. No regrets. Goodluck to everyone still in the tournament!!! To the supporters, sorry I wasnt good enough ='(

Very pleasantly surprised to discover Cursor cloud agents can playtest the godot game I built. See the (sped up) video below of the agent playtesting the game. As I was watching it play the game, I can see the agent slowly learn how the game works and familiarise with the game's UI. I also realised that the agent is a very 'safe' player, choosing to play very safely and retreating from battle if it foresees it can't defeat. Very interesting to see. I wonder if I could simulate different game playtester behaviours that mimic different types of real-world player archetypes. With agentic playtesting, this means that the agents are able to provide actual gameplay feedback and suggestions to improve the game, having played the game itself. This unlocks a whole lot of possibilities for AI-assisted game dev, since it closes the playtest loop. This feels like the future of recursive game development, where agents can now recursively build > playtest > improve the games they are working on. Thanks edwin for letting me know that these agents can actually playtest games, not just software! Very excited to dig deeper to see what I can do with these agents with computer access!

I started in video games, spent 12 years in Hollywood, then walked away in 2020— still in my late 30s and considered one of the best digital matte painters and concept artists in the industry. Worked on The Hunger Games, The Mandalorian, Westworld, Game of Thrones, Hugo, The Amazing Spider-Man, and 5 Fast & Furious films, etc. Over 30 credits to my name. Now I watch my friends panic about AI taking their jobs. But I’ve seen this before. Old-school matte painters hated us when we moved from glass to digital. We were “ruining the craft.” Now my generation is doing the same thing with AI instead of embracing it. Here’s the truth: AI won’t make Hollywood bigger. It’ll make it better. For the first time, creative people don’t need permission, budgets, or gatekeepers to bring ideas to life. Small teams. Less suits. More originality. This feels like when I first opened Photoshop—with one layer. We’re early. And in the end, more people will create than ever before. The process changed but the results will be better imo. For example, I spent 3 months on this matte painting. Now with ai, it can be done in 2 weeks. 👇🏽

When we won, she was scared to cross. ‘Am I allowed to come & hug my son?’… Except Thanasis, my family doesn’t sit courtside. I try to keep my family away from the game. Losing a game, emotions run high. I thought it was a fan. It was his dad. I love Tyrese. I think he’s a great competitor. His dad coming on the floor & showing me his son’s towel with his face. ‘This is what we do. This is what the f we do.’ That’s very, very disrespectful. My dad, who’s not with us anymore, my dad used to come in the family room & he’s the most respectful person ever. When you come from nothing & work your whole life to sell stuff in the street… you create this mentality of being humble your whole life. To not disrespect anybody… so, when his dad came here, I remembered: ‘Dad why are you so humble?’ That’s how I grew up… Having somebody’s dad — & I’m happy for his son & him — disrespecting me & cursing at me is totally unacceptable. I’m not the guy that points fingers, because snitches get stitches. I don’t want him to get fined. I talked with him at the end & I think we’re in a good place.” Thoughts? 🤔

3 years ago Refik Anadol & Efsun, together with the royal family of the forest, the Yawanawa, dreamed of a project that could share the crossover of traditional indigenous art with futuristic pigments of AI. They dreamed of building a community to not only host their family, but also bring together their indigenous brothers and sisters from around the world. Aldeia Sagrada was reimagined. We 1OF1 are very honoured & deeply grateful that Refik Anadol & the Yawanawa family have chosen us to be the steward of their historic collaborative art work, the Winds of Yawanawa 1of1. Last week my family & I had the privilege to join Indigenous Nations from across the Amazon basin & around the world as they came together for a truly historic & deeply beautiful moment at the Indigenous Ayahuasca Conference in Acre, Brasil, where Indigenous leaders shared their ancient wisdom, beautiful art & wonderful energy with each other. As someone who has built infra in Brazil, I can confirm that what Refik Anadol and the Yawanawa family have built in Aldeia Sagrada is absolutely breathtaking & indescribable. The infrastructure & organization of their wonderful community is incredible. They have proven to the world a model for synergistic alliances between traditional Indigenous nations with new technologists, creatives and builders that can both massively support these native communities as well as celebrate the preservation of their way of life. I found myself overwhelmed with emotion at points throughout the week witnessing how amazing this place and these people are. It is with all of the lessons of 1OF1’s global tours in hand & our hearts filled with a deep sense of mission, that we commit to share this iconic work of art with the world in conversation with other works of Amazonian indigenous art. We promise to share the inspiring message of the Yawanawa across the globe through the power of art.

Holy shit. Four and a half years. My role as Marketing & PR Manager at Syscoin has officially ended, and I needed to write this before I posted anything else. So please, stop DM'ing me about Binance AMA's for $200 and telegram trade groups that have all the alpha, and 100k "active" members in them lol. The day I knew web3 was going to be the industry I live and die in started in Dubai. Binance Blockchain Week, March 2022. We threw what I still think was one of the best side events in blockchain history at the time, and from that night forward we had a standard. Syscoin stayed the true web3 vibe that everyone else strayed away from for casinos and meme tokens that died 2 years later. We always had the vibe. The right room, the right people, the right energy. That became the rhythm of the next four years for us. Syscoin stayed imitated but never duplicated over the next four years. Austin. Nashville. Las Vegas. Colombia, Singapore, Dubai, Davos. Medellín, where I first met Fernando Paredes at Devconnect, in a room full of builders who were actually building. Conferences and events all blur together when you've been to enough of them. But the side rooms don't. The 1am conversations don't. Those are the moments that built the network. Those are the moments I'll carry. Through every one of those rooms I had the honor of working alongside some of the biggest names in this industry. VC's, Founders, exchange leadership, protocol engineers, journalists, influencers and KOLs who actually move markets, builders shipping in silence. The kind of access most people in this space never get and with current industry conditions may actually never get again. I never took a single one of those rooms or connections for granted if you can't already tell by my X following. Behind all of it, the receipts that don't fit on a tweet. Over 400 terabytes of content, video, graphics, strategies, brand systems, blueprints, four years of building the marketing engine for a chain trying to scale Bitcoin without compromise. Thousands of hours, research, everything we needed to make it through cycle after cycle with our integrity, honesty and trust intact. Hundreds of strategies and playbooks that never even made it to market. There were good times. There were bad times. Anyone who tells you a four-year run inside a top-tier crypto project was all good times is selling you some straight bullshit. The project came out the other side. The team came out the other side. The work continued. That matters more than the noise. To everyone who made this run what it was. Every founder who picked up a call, every KOL who actually showed up, every journalist who took the meeting, every member of the community who never asked for anything but stayed loyal anyway. Thank you. So what's next for me? This astronaut isn't leaving the field. He's walking into the Wasteland of what he's had to watch our industry become over the last decade. Somewhere out there is the oasis. I'm going deep into AI. AI infrastructure and AI-native marketing, the place where autonomous agents, content systems, and Web3 product strategy actually meet. The next decade will define what the next century holds and I'm here to capture that. I've spent the last two years quietly building in that lane and I'm ready to make it the lane.
