Potato & Cheese Lavash Ingredients 5–6 medium potatoes 1 egg 200 g grated kashar cheese (or mozzarella) A handful of parsley, finely chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon yeast 1.5–2 cups flour (add gradually, as needed) 100 g butter Instructions First, boil the potatoes and mash them well. After they cool down, add the remaining ingredients and knead into a dough. The dough should be soft but not sticky, just firm enough to come together ✅ Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll them out as shown in the video and cook on a pan, flipping both sides until lightly golden 😍 Brush both sides with butter, then serve warm. Enjoy!
